Whoa... I am craving sweets resembling crazy... I already ate 4 slices of raisin bread... dunno... not "hungry" but I am craving it. I never noticed up to that time but I have be charting for 4 months and I am supposed to start my period tomorrow. I want some chocolate! lol... mmm apple pie... haha

Just curious to see if anyone else does this around their "time" of the month...

Answers: lol I enjoy never had that arise, are you sure you're not pregnant?? Every woman is different, as I see, you're not the only one craving sweets around menstration time - but if it's not "normal" for you, I would definatly look into pregnancy!! :)

Oh definitly! I craved chocolate and salt. Normally my choice concluded up being chocolate marshmellow rime cream with sour cream and onion chips. It's awesome. Now that I'm pregnant the cravings hold gotten worse!
For me, it's salt. I suppose I'd be happy beside a salt lick during that time. Too unpromising it only make the bloating worse. :(

  • Late interval and a passing within my direct ancestral....?

    I am a 28 yr old woman who have always have spot on regular periods... very well, earlier this month my grandmother next to whom I have lived the majority of my go died of lung cancer (albeit an UNEXPECTED thing). I was supposed to ovulate around the time of her funeral and my period be supposed to start about 4 days ago and I'm LATE. My boyfriend and I did hold sex in the interim, but protected as other and we also make sure ejaculation never occur anywhere near my vulva even WITH the condom on. (yes, he's pretty paranoid!)

    So, my interview is, do you think my ovulation didn't go on because of the stress OR do you think it's one of those freak "we've other used condoms and NEVER skipped it, how the hell am I pregnant?!" situations?

    How long should I wait to lift a pregnancy test to insure that I don't gain a false negative? I believe I've worked myself up enough over this to own caused stress to be an issue very soon even if it wasn't in the first place.

    This is my idea and this is what works for me. Everyone is different so it may need to be used to to your own personal needs.

    Energy In/Energy Out

    Food Intake: 1,200 Per Day

    One Pound equals 3,500 Calories

    To loose one pound per light of day, You need to burn your food intake plus your one pound of stout

    1,200 (intake) + 3,500 (Outtake) = 4,700 Calories Burn

    You must burn at least 4,700 Calories everyday to loose one pound atleast. It is vastly easy to turn up and beyond 4,700 calories each light of day.

    Best way to do this is to track your progress on a calorie counter monitor monitor. If you do it by the numbers you can loose the weight. It is freshly a matter of shifting the way you assume about shipment loss.

You can vary the things you put inside so long as you hold on to it to approx 4 or 5 items. You want to make sure they are fresh, low calorie and innards. Avacado and mushrooms can replace meats surrounded by your meal and still hold great taste.

    Special K Cereals are fantastic. They hold that sweetness that one craves and is so good for you. Calories are low. Great for even lately dinner.

    First thing contained by the morning...A Glass of Chocolate Milk. Yup!! Chocolate Milk. We all crave that "get to have" item in the morning. Milk is the best point you can have for yourself while working out. The chocolate (and you can use Carnation Instant Milk for this but I simply use Nestle dry mix) will present you that sweet "snack" that you need. If you pass your body a little bit of it and its within a control way, you will not crave sweets and cast-offs the rest of the day.

    Lean Cusines

    Fantastic food! Each dinnertime is approx 180 t0 380 calories per box. So think more or less your calories. 1,200...You can still have several of these meal a day and still be below your intake requirements.

    Its all amout the numbers and watching what you hold in and what you burn out. And you know what..if you walk over your 1,200 mark for food intake...thats okay...you simple up your total calories burned for the afternoon by what you took it. So long as you burn off the over adjectives calories to be more than your food intake. Just make sure you stick too it so you can get your weight loss goal.

I expect that if models were more REAL next it would save profoundly of lifes and give women their self-esteem hindmost. Im a guy and personally i detest make-up on girls. I mingy, everyone has their own god given allure so why the hell do girls cover it up to look "pretty". me and my GF always argue over the point of wasting money on mascara that dosn't do anything but "construct your eyelashes look fuller". And it pisses me off that she tell me she dosnt care what associates think give or take a few her but when i tried to make a bet near her that she couldnt go a week lacking wearing it...she almost started crying after the 3rd day of the bet.

    In summary, The medium has ruined the lives of MANY would-have-been-naturally-gorgeous girls because of what they speak about people to look close to.

    span of a model is short so why not trademark the hay while the
    sun shines and then rest of go time they would have a globe
    on the money they earned but unfortnately it doesn't other
    work that way and money is worthless on treatment etc.,
    Was it worth it? But then it is too overdue and now contained by their teens
    it will never go into their stubborn glutinous head in the order of the
    dangers. Only God can hide away them.
