im taking pills for birth control and its my first batch and tomorrow(friday) it starts the green pills cuz i finished the white ones today. so my cross-examine is, is it ok to take it? or do i want to take the green ones merely when im starting my period? or how does it work. im cluless...the instructions dont vote anything!some one help me yeah??

I don't tight to sound revolting, but you could do some real wound relying on someone else's opinion. Two suggestions-

Tampons don't hurt if inserted correctly. You just own to get the right angle. You own to angle it towards the small of your back. If you move it around a touch, it should slide easily and not hurt.
There are pad out there beside baking soda in them or resembling always beside the core that pulls the fluid away from you. But honestly its not healthy not to vary your pad more frequently next 7 hours. Surely you can take 45 second to change it after around 3 or 4 hours.
