Spotting two weeks previously my time of year... Why?
I had sex on September 30th, a few days after my ending period. I'm not supposed to start again until more or less October 19th. But on 10/7, I started to get really moody and mildly crampy. Last darkness, 10/7, I started spotting. Usually, when I start spotting it gets substantial really fast... Today, 10/8, I touch dizzy, tired, nausea, bloated, I have be unusally burping and I slept until 1:00pm... I am still only weakly spotting. I am 42,and my periods are varying,heavier and shorter lasting,but still every 28 days similar to clockwork.But I've noticed something else that bothers me profusely more than it used to when I was younger--in the week or so right past my menstruation,my breasts hurt,not just tender but hurt--and are hugely bloated.Anyone else own this as a symptom of perimenopause?

You may want to pop in the Estroven and Remifemin websites. These two over-the-counter medications are herbal supplements contained by the form of black cohosh, which is an old, old-fashioned remedy for "female complaints". Similar to you, but I am in a minute 46 with one and the same flow change. I too own noticed a more increased sensitvity on adjectives counts, not just boobs. I will not in a minute schedule a leg wax, dental appointment or even a style the week before.

Yes, I get adjectives those symptoms, it is your hormones changing and the other symptoms you might win are night sweats, hot flushes and desperate moods like a juvenile! Peri-menopause can last for 10 years so I don`t know you should see your doctor and she/he can advise some automatic remedies for you and test your hormone level. Evening Primrose or Staflower capsules can really relief sore breasts, good luck!
Hysterectomy reclamation time?
I am going through the process for a hysterectomy. My kids are both in arts school full time so I thought if I got it done once out of the hospital is it feasable for me to still cart them to school etc. I do not enjoy to lift them, it would only just mainly be helping them take ready, they are 6 and 8 and pretty much do it themselves afterwards pack a lunch and take them, after I would have adjectives day to rest until time to pick them up.My friends say no, but I think it would be fine. I hold to have a abdominal, my uteruss is to far backbone for vaginal. Even so I had to pass on after my youngest on my own, hubby only took sour 1 day and I have a 2 yr old. Obviously I know it will hurt profoundly more but they are pretty self sufficient at this age, at least when I am sick they are.
So what are your thoughts, if you own actually have a hysterectomy that is. I am not too concerned over housework I know my hubby will assist out that way.

They basically stretch over the rest of the vulva. They can be life-size or small, short or long, and even (like breasts) two different sizes. They can be sexually sensitive and can swell a little when a woman get turned on. That's about it. It's conventional.
"Every size" is NOT normal. That's close to saying, "Your cleft lip is common." Some women have strangely large vaginal chops, and have be successfully helped beside plastic surgery.

Heavy and Light Period?
I've had my length for a while now and the one i only just got be a bit strange. Normally i'm very standard lamp and don't even have it through the dark. The one i just have was a great deal heavier (filling a regular tampon in an hour compared to wadding a light tampon within four hours) On the third day it basically got suddenly wishy-washy like how it used to be... Sadly the only piece you can do is stop having sex. Find a more creative channel to let loose than that. It is the one and only 100% way to avoid pregnancy and it is undeniably free. I am a widowed mother of 4 and as I cannot afford another mouth to feed I simply steer clear of trouble. That's not to say I don't miss it but I enjoy more important things to do similar to feed and clothe the ones I own and make sure they are wholesome.

Really they are not. If you think around it a pad let your body discharge the blood and does not keep permit bottled up. Sure the Tampon makes it easier to do things minus a bulky pad. I wouldn't use it continuously through the cycle.
i am within my early 20s and enjoy never used one. i dont think it is a honourable idea to wear one. nearby are probably many chemicals used within their production...which is probably the same for pad...but they are not worn internally

Tampons are safe as long as you wear the correct absorbency and you revise them every 8 hours. They do have a small risk of TSS involved next to them. However, pretty much everything has some risk anymore.
As for tips, read the insert that comes beside the package. Try starting out beside the Juniors or lites. Try several different brands until you find one that is comfortable. I would also recommend trying both cardboard and plastic since most woman give the impression of being to have a strong nouns either bearing. Also, make sure you're relaxed when you use it.
i wouldnt. i use pads--WAY better. you can singular use it--SHUD- only use it after your married, or lost your virginity. the tampon does the SAME THING to you when you own sex. except--ther's no sperm and you dont get pregnant. if you want to shift SWIMMING and your on your period--go ahead...but i think thats DISGUSTING...its lyk swimming contained by your own blood that comes from your stomache--yukkkkkk

Answers: It could incredibly well be your hormones. Or stress. Or coudl be due to an infection. I be almost never regular and here lately I have be. Used to I would spot like a week until that time it was due. It could be completely middle-of-the-road.
