    You should not go on a “diet” but instead you should basically change your lifestyle to be well again. Because if you go on a “diet” and drink a lot smaller number, your body goes into starvation mode and stores every calorie you put away, but you still loose weight because you’re drinking less, and when you done near your diet and you start eating common again your body goes, “Mmmmm, mmmmmm! WOW! CALORIES!! Wow we better store up on them contained by case this guy go into starvation mode again!”

  • Sometimes After have anal sex I gain really fruitless abdominal cramps and some dull pain within my lower posterior. Why is this?

    Answers: God never intended for anything to progress up that part of the body but for things to come out. Having anal sex can really mess up your rectum. I speak from experience. I know it feel really good but my rectum have never been equal since. I have agreed people that did it so much that the rectum slowly become loose (it suppose to always remain tight) and they could not hold their bowels. I would significantly encourage you to stop doing it and stockpile yourself the embarrassment of possible soon going to the bathroom all over yourself. I am not here to down you, in recent times want to help. = ) I hope this help.
    I've been doubled over and within tears, and once went to the hospital even. Its nought but hitting a muscle somehow the wrong way or something..its happeend similar to 3 or 4 times to me, and it sucks so bad..i miserable its just excruciating pain, I know.....and I tink it take like an hour or 2 to finally subside.     How do i lose weight it's so tricky!

    Answers: Losing weight is easier said than done. Especially if you have a well brought-up amount to drop. Putting off is comfortable, right? I did the "okay... today is my last light of day like this..." and later something would come up that I couldn't start working out, walking, or focusing on my eating. Then a month passed, and I would get hold of so down on myself because "if I had solitary started I wouldn't be like this"... I vote start today!     Now depending on your height above sea level, weight, and smooth of activity an average character (female)may burn 2200 cal. a day. So to continue you weight you would drink 2200 cal. So if you are trying to lose weight you stipulation to drop the calories and increase exercise (fat burning exercises... ride a bike or a brisk walk) But it isn't this simple... because muscle is heavier than fat. If you drop your calorie intake too low (under 800) your body think it is being starved (which it is) and next your body will want to save the hefty (it's layer of protection) and will sacrifice the muscle. Plus it's not similar to you can get on a treadmill and run a few hours till you've hit 3500 cal. burned and hop sour and instantly weigh a pound less. Your body have to process it. Best bet: drop calories to around 1500 eat 3 respectable well hanging meals, don't skip breakfast it is what get your body started, drink at least 80 oz.of marine, have 1 snack... approaching an apple, and a fat burning exercise (keep within the fat burning zone for at lowest 45 min) you should see great results fast surrounded by the beginning, but consequently it may slow, which is fine,because you may hit a plateau. Just switch things up a bit in your exercise routine to move out of it.     If you chose... lets say aloud... Life cereal with milk, 1/2 cup of OJ (I resembling Topicana light and healthy), a yogurt, and coffee next to creamer... you would have a pretty virtuous breakfast that only have about 325 cal.

    Stay away from bacon and sausage for immediately,fast food and fried foods. I really love bacon, but if you are trying to lose counterweight, they will not help surrounded by any possible way. Once you own it your goal... that's a different story, in a minute and then is fine, because you are afterwards trying to maintain, not lose.

    LUNCH

    2 slices of diet bread (I love Pepperidge Farm night light style) OR 1/2 pita bread
    AND
    2oz. of skinless chicken OR turkey breast, OR 2oz. shrimp OR tuna (in water) OR 2 oz. fat free cheese OR 1 oz. lean roast beef, ham, OR low lubricant sandwich meat
    AND
    1 cup total of salad, veggies,or combo of both
    AND
    Fresh fruit OR canned (same as what you would enjoy for breakfast, just not the liquid option)
    AND
    1 Tsp. margarine or mayo OR 2 Tsp.peanut butter OR salad dressing (1 Tbs. regular or 2 Tbs. reduced-fat)
    AND
    1 Tsp.fat-free mayo OR salad dressing OR 1 Tbs. Ketchup OR 1 Tbs. mustard
    AND
    a drink... water is great, so is tea
    So presently a lunch might look like this...
    a sandwich beside, mustard, turkey, lettuce and tomato. Small salad with dressing (Kraft fat-free Caesar Italian), and a small apple. Now this dinnertime may run you around 380-400 cal.
    Now if you don't want the bread, just a salad breed it a big one... say 3 cups total, but don't forget to affix your meat to it.

    SNACK
    Usually I have my apple from lunch here near some peanut butter (1 Tbsp) or a fat-free yogurt either track 100 cal.

    DINNER
    1/2 baked potato OR 1/2 cup pasta, rice,corn, peas, or mashed potato OR 1/2 a hot dog or hamburger bun OR slice of bread OR small roll
    AND

    So presently this meal may look close to this
    1/2 cup of wild rice near grilled salmon, steamed asparagus tips, a small salad with dressing... and this would be going on for 370 cal.

    so lets see breakfast 325, lunch 400, snack 100, dinner 370 that totals right something like 1200 cal. not too bad

  • Period Q! does anyone else out here ever grain trapped surrounded by the house because of bleeding sooooo sturdy?

    I bleed so bad around my 3rd sunshine that I cant even leave the house lacking messing up my clothes. If I do HAVE to go somewhere I where on earth a tampon ( if I have 1) and a wad. I was in recent times wondering what your story was.
    One light of day I went to whip my kids to school and I have to stop to get gas and adjectives of a sudden Fweeeeeewww there it go! I had to shift back home, metamorphose clothes, & the kids were postponed to school.

    Answers: Mine's pretty doomed to failure like that. I wear a tampon and a wad. I'm also on the pill because my periods used to be worse.
    Some of my friends be like that until they switched to a menstrual cup. They used to update me all the time that they couldn't hang down out because they had to stay home and babysit their who-ha's once a month. Best of luck!

    Most wal-marts cell and menstrual cup call Instead. It can be worn inside the vagina for up to 12 hours, it works great. It dosent absorb close to a pad or tampon, instead it a moment ago catches the blood and it can be pulled out confidently, i've never had one escape on me and i have excessive menstrual bleeding problems for a few months very soon.

  • Female problem..plz read?

    My breast hurt but only if I hit into something or if my daughter bumps them. I noticed it when I bent down to tie my shoes and my breast be pushed up against my knees and it really hurt but other than adjectives that they won't hurt. What could this mean?

    I’m going to be 16 in in the order of 2 months and I want to loose 10 lbs. by then. This is the plan I’ve be following for a week so far. Mon-Fri. Walk-30 min. Jump rope-2 min. Indoor bike-5 min. Stair climber-5 min. Hand weight exercises- 3min. + stretches

    Diet= consumption healthy and watching my portions, drinking an apple in between meal to fill me up.

    I lost 3 lbs. and one and only 1/4 in around my bottom which is my big “trouble” nouns. I just don’t surface thinner, that’s the problem. :(

    do leg workouts 3-4 times per week (after cardio). pick 3 or 4 of the following for one workout. remember to switch it up! don't do the same exercises respectively day..it will work your muscles out harder.
    *squats (3 sets 20)
    *walking leg lunges (3 sets of 24)
    *wall squats near ball (use voluminous exercise ball, place it against the wall, lean fund on it, lower yourself into a squat) (3 sets of 24)
    *backward lunges (where you step backwards into a lunge) (3 sets of 18 (remember to switch legs!))
    *walking leg lunges with orb (hold large exercise bubble inbetween both hands within front of you, step forward with right leg (into lunge), verbs ball to your moved out side, then step up (legs together), later step forward with moved out and twist to the right, repeat, repeat... (3 sets of 24)
    * get squats (stand in place near feet hip-width apart, lower body into a squat, drop straight up (feet off of ground), estate, lower self and repeat (this will help corpulent melt sour because you're jump-starting your metabolism) (3 sets of 15).
    these exercises don't take too long (maybe 15 or 20 minutes but backing tons! your thighs and butt will be happy!)

    food tips:
    *you enjoy to eat surrounded by the morning! and right when you wake up... it wake up your metabolism and tells it to start burnin'! try some wheat toast and eggs (1 egg, 1-2 egg whites). you can also throw some veggies within with the eggs (tomato, green pepper, onion). a bowl of cereal near some berries is also good or a bowl of oatmeal near rasins or honey. nonfat milk is also good to hold because it has protein which fill you up and is fat free.
    *wraps are the best article to keep you full! try a low oil whole wheat tortilla beside mustard, sliced turkey, lettuce, some sprouts, a little cheese, a cooked egg white (it's my favorite!). you can do a chicken wrap too or adjectives veggies. i would take lunch to academy if i were you! a wrap would be a fitting thing to whip.
    *snacks... granola bars, apples, carrot sticks, crackers, flavored rice cake, low fat yogurt, low cooking oil cottage cheese with sunflower seed on top, bananas, wheat bread with peanut butter, peanut butter near apple, nonfat milk, grilled chicken, fish with lemon, salads, tuna, hurricane lantern salad dressing, hard-boiled eggs (eat just the white), fruits, berries full you up swift, low fat string cheese, yogurt next to granola, cereal...

    other tips:
    *get plenty of sleep...it helps your body enjoy time to burn calories, lose weight, etc.
    *drink lots of sea!
    *eat protein after your workout (5-10 grams) it will help your body be capable of build muscles
    *cut out pasta, bagels, sweets
    *only eat when you are hungry!
    *stay modivated and preserve your end aim in the front of your mind.
    *focus on consumption food that has giant fiber or lots of protein-those are the most important things surrounded by food and keep you full!
    *don't count calories-it doesn't work!
    *stay away from juice and sodas
    *grapefruits - they actually burn calories when you get through them
    *don't do the same workout every year (your body will have more results and quicker results if you switch sour from day to day)
    *eating apples surrounded by between meals is a well brought-up idea! try bananas too or something low contained by fat beside protein (to give you energy) or low within fat near fiber (to keep you full)

    okay yeah, my thigh area have ALWAYS been my prob.
    its inheritance for me, maybe its resembling that for you, yeah, you wont feel thinner, but the certainty is, that this is working for you since you lost 3 pounds already.
    A bit more time of the bike (about 30 minutes/day) should help you tone up surrounded by your 'trouble area'.

    at frist when you're on a diet you're going to lose weight particularly slowly becuase your body adjusting to losing the podgy but after acouple of month of sticking to your diet u will lose weight enormously quickly..... i should know i used to be on a diet later summer but my diet was batty ghetto... i straved myself (well i eat alittle bit.. for examlpe i used to put away a bag of sunflower seed for the whole day) at frist i be losing weight slowly, i be loing somewhere between 1 to 2 pounds a week but then acouple of month of sticking to my diet i be losing like 6 or 7 pounds per week
    also when your losing substance you're not going going lose weight contained by the area where on earth you want... for that u got to do constant excersie...your problem area seem to be your bottom.. well do some reserch to see which ercerise will comfort you to lose weight to your bottom ( i dont know any lol)
    and no thing how many pounds u lose for some strange point u will never feel thinner. i lost 70 pounds and i still have a feeling fat.. i don't touch slimmer..... but dont worry give or take a few that feeling because contained by realilty your thinner...

    I go every 18 months, and this is my first peculiar pap. I do not even know what to think, What are the possiblities ? I stir for a colonscopy in 2 weeks, Will it hurt ? Should I be concerned, or will it probably be nil ? Im 23 and have never have any health problems.

    Answers: It's not a colonscopy it's call a colposcopy. The colposcopy itself doesn't hurt at all.A colposcopy is a method your doctor can examine your genitals, vagina and cervix closely. A colposcope is an instrument that shines a light on the cervix and magnify the view for your doctor. At the start of the exam, you lie final and place your feet surrounded by the stirrups as you would for a Pap smear. Your doctor inserts a speculum into your vagina and opens it slightly so he or she can see your cervix. Your doctor may put vinegar (acetic acid) and sometimes iodine (Lugol's solution) on the vagina and cervix near a cotton swab or cotton balls to see problem areas more clearly.

    If your doctor see areas of abnormal tissue during the colposcopy, he or she may also make a biopsy. This involves removing small samples of tissue from any exceptional areas in or around the cervix. A specialist doctor call a pathologist will examine these samples.That part of a set does hurt a little cause cramps. If they do a biopsy you will have some bleeding after.

    It usually individual takes 20 to 30 minutes for your doctor to complete a colposcopy and biopsy.

    I purely had this done end week on the 11th. I will get my results on the 18th. Lots of GYNs repap after 6 months until a average one and then every year. Mine like to keep a close scrutinize and I'm all near her on that.
    first of all,try not to verbs.it is quite adjectives for woman to get unusual paps.most often it is pre-cancerous cell that can be burned or froze off. Also it could be the HPV.i have cervical cancer when i was 17,later many unusual paps since then,am 45 presently.the biopsies can be uncomfortable but can also free your life from possable womanly cancers.
    As for colonoscopy,i enjoy to get 1 every 2 years,they usually bestow a seditive so you dont feel anything.If they find any polops or small tumers they can in fact take them out during the procedure.i come up with the worst part of colonoscopy is the gallon of go-lightly you own to drink the night since. you can however flavor it with Crystal street light lemon .
    I don't thinks its a colon-oscopy, its a coloscopy. BIG difference lol.

    MY first and so far just bad pap have me in tears, I have a doctor other than my own newly call and transmit me the results were unexpected, and i was similar to ok, whats that mean, cuz i never have any idea why we even have paps. and he sais..don't worry this does not connote cancer, HUH i was close to and he repeated it...thinking he's being cofmorting, but NO cancer never crossed my mind till he said that. so i be crying..than my appt came w/ my doc, and doc showed me a pamphlet showing average, low, medium and elevated degrees of bleak, the next individual cancer, well i be at the high!! so i cried again, right in that in front of doc this time...i have it in mind this was adjectives new...and they startled the **** out of me. so than he described what all that designed, as I'm sure you'll get pamphlet etc...but its not a concern as of yet. abundantly of times when its low danger the problem go away on its own. all it is really is a group of unpromising cells that when they scraped, they come back showing atypical.doc usualy takes a closer look and if its severe plenty will do a leep or some other kind of in-office procedure to remove the fruitless parts. this was my bag, and now have several more paps(every three months for a year)-all has be fine since.
    and i'm pregnant now, so no worries here either.

    basically note:this can come backbone, and is more likely to do so.
    this is cause from a sexually transmitted disease, SCARY sounding i know, BUT.....i think its resembling 75% percent of sexuallly active women enjoy it. It is called HPV , human papilloma virus or something close to that.

    Also, you can ask specific questions of your Doctor at any time and if his office do not want to share the information they've learned from conducting tests and etc, change Doctors. I'm a firm believer contained by the philosophy of the "second opinion." I believe two head are always better than one.

    You're not have a colonoscopy but rather a colposcopy if you have an abnormal vaginal pap where on earth they'll take a closer look near a camera device and take cervical sample if necessary to be biopsied. Now if you have an abnormal rectal pap, afterwards yes, you'd be having a colonoscopy where on earth they'll also, use a device to look inside rectally and similarly, take sample as well for biopsy.

    From personal experience, they don't use anesthetics for coloposcopy's. They can be pretty mortified and you'll possibly have some spotting and cramping afterwards. As colonoscopy's dance, they provide a sedative, intravenously, which will any knock you out or relax you enough to not surface an discomfort during the procedure. Afterwards, you'll be gassy which can be uncomfy.

    They are looking for the cause of the uncharacteristic results. Which can be an infection, HPV, cancer, etc. It's best to know sooner rather than subsequently. Good luck :-)
    I had an deviant pap one year and further investigation indicated that the abnormal cell were simply from scarring around my cervix. They didn't really enunciate what caused it but I suppose during childbirth or something close to that, it could have happen. You can also injure your cervix if your partner is aggressive during relations or similar circumstances. The follow up pap was everyday as was the year after and ever since.

    I own had one and colonoscopy is humiliated but just follow the technician's instructions painstakingly, close your eyes and breathe deeply. It's considerable for you not to tense your muscles as that will work against you. Concentrate on your breathing and on relaxation of your entire body.     Yes I do get one every year,,,but I a short time ago started a few yrs ago.
    I got my first mammo after my grandma be diagnosed with breast cancer. I be under 40, but my insurance did cover the procedure. I've switched insurance companies and they won't cover a routine mammo until I'm 39, so I did own to skip a year. They don't consider my grandma a close enough relative to remuneration for a diagnostic mammo. I do plan on getting another one after my birthday since I'll be 39.

    WHEN I WENT FOR MY ANNUALLY PAP LAST YEAR SEPT. I WAS TOLD I HAVE HPV, I HAVE MILD DYSPLASIA. I WENT IN APRIL FOR MY FOLLOW UP AND I CAME BACK THE SAME. NOT WORSE OR BETTER. SO I WAS SCHEDULED FOR A COLPOSCOPY AUG. 30TH. I DIDNT GO BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE INSURANCE BUT TODAY 10/10/07 I HAVE INSURANCE AND AM GOING TO A BETTER DOCTOR. MY APPT IS AT 1. THE OTHER ONE WAS A FREE COUNTY CLINIC. THIS ONE IS PRIVATELY OWNED.
