I couldn't tell you how desperate NATURAL child birth hurts. I had an epidural. But even beside that, it still hurt VERY badly.

hi, I'm 11 too, and I was seriously freaked out when I started my period, so just droop tight. I would reccomend wearing thinner pads and varying them every hour and a half or so during the sunshine, and one thicker one at night.(which you would money immediately when you stir up) I wouldn't wear tampons your first couple of periods unless you're within sports, I think pad are more comfortable.

I be just diagnosed next to interstitial cystitis and my urologist told me that there is no cure for this and it is still unknown what cause it. He told me to watch what I drink and to avoid the foods that bother me.
