I went on birth control when I be a sophomore in glorious school because my period were so bleak. I'd hurt so bad next to cramps and then simply bleed & bleed. If you aren't on BC, it will regulate your periods so you can gain through them.
Also, if you are bleeding a lot you might enjoy an iron problem. When I was younger (I started have periods when I be 9---yes, I said 9) I bled so bad that I have to take an iron supplement.

Is it OK to whip prenatal vitamins if you are not in a minute and never be pregnant?
My pregnant friend says they own made her nails and fleece stronger. I would like to try them. I enjoy taken regular multi-vitamins and pre-natal vitamins and there is a huge difference between the two. The pre-natals are much better. I've also asked the doctor almost this and been told to keep hold of taking the pre-natals.
