I seriously doubt plentiful are. I hate those scenes in the movies where on earth kindly old doctor surprises SYT* by telling her she doesn't enjoy cancer or whatever, she's pregnant. She dutifully explains that she can't get pregnant because they were standing up and those germs can't swim upstream? GOB* agrees to marry her and they live cheerily ever after.
In reality I think they may have gotten away next to unprotected sex for so long they just assume...You know what happens when you assume...
