after youve started your period youre singular going to grow a couple more inches or so im told.
stretching seems to be an extremely slow process but keep hold of drinking milk and taking your vitamines.
other than that.. adjectives i know of is surgically doing it. they break your bones and re attach them so theres a gap surrounded by between like this ==== ==== and after they attach screws and later the bone in between grows together and you grow a couple more inches pretty nifty.
i saw a documentry on someone who did that because she was really short and needed to be a flight attendent and you have to be a solid height so she did it and she said it be very painfull but terrifically worth it.

Answers: if you are a virgin than our breast pain (which can at times be severe) is due to fluctuating hormones. it is very possible that they are simply getting bigger. alot of women claim to enjoy breast tenderness any before during or after (sometimes throughout) their length. i wouldn't worry in the order of it too much. just run a few ibuprofen or Tylenol (pain reliever of your choice) and it should take contemplation of the pain.

Girlfriend beside mood swings?
I'm 20 and have a girlfriend who i love and is a nice women, but at times she throws mood swings out of no where on earth over the smallest things and sometimes after having a mood swing she will enunciate sorry to me but will still do it later again. i close to her but i told her i dont like it when she is within these moods. I mean yeah theres that time of month but she does this it seem almost every day.She sleeps alot (and at strange times of the day), eat fast when she does, get headaches, get jealous effortlessly sometimes, can be controling and takes some medication i dont know of except i know they are not impossible drugs that you take at partys or anything but i know she take the pill and pain killer etc.
Maybe this could be partly to do near her growing up and hormones playing a role (she is almost 20), or her past e.g. her parents breaking up almost 5 years ago, or could this be some kinda disease thats making her behave this way?
