PERIOD HELP! Please girls! relieve me!?

Well i just get my 5th period yesterday afternoon. When i travel to bed it is very pouring. Is there anything i can do to be paid myself more comfortable while sleeping, and help it not seepage. I use pads, and my interval only ending 3days.

Answers: Some people that I know use overnight but what I do is use two regular pad if you know what I mean. I sleep sideways because if I sleep while lay up of course it's gonna roll rear but then I enjoy that other pad. For me, while I'm on my interval, it's hard for me to progress to sleep because of the cramps.
Why not use a tampon and a pad? That channel you can be assured you won't leak. They also own ones made for night time. They're longer and thicker, and I believe they own wings. Maybe you could try those.

Take some tylenol a few hours up to that time you're ready for bed, so that means of access when you are tired you shouldn't have cramps anymore. Good luck!!
If you want to wear pad, wear a pair of tight shorts to hold the wad close to your body so you won't worry more or less staining something.

If you are bleeding that heavily, I'd say it's time for you to try tampons. Start beside slenders, heavy time is great because it will lubricate. Follow the directions, use a mirror. Remember that you are navigate 2 sets of doors to get into the vagina. If you can still get the impression it, it's not in far plenty.

TX Mom
dont worry you are majority
you will go in a minute through many harmonal change
its all ok
i also hold it for 3 days and many others
Use a tampon and a wad.
Also, sleep on a towel

Hope I helped!
Whatever you do, do not use a tampon (hygiene reasons) only just buy overnight pads and put atowel underneath yourself. Thats what I do.

  • Cervical Dysplasia?

I am 21 years old next to a 13 month old son and 33 weeks pregnant next to another boy. When I went within for my first pap smear with my first son, I be told that it was unexpected and would need a colposcopy. After the colposcopy, my doctor told me that he did not see any exceptional cells and I go about the pregnancy and give birth. I found out I was pregnant again within April, and of course have another pap smear. Again I was told it be abnormal and would involve another colposcopy. After the second colp., my doctor told me I have atypical cell on my cervix and that he wanted to do a biopsy after I give birth. It was single after this that my mother told me that her doctor had found precancerous cell on her cervix after giving birth to me. She refuses to bring up to date me anything else, but I know that she does not now, nor never have actual cervical cancer. I am so angry with her for not helping me through this. In any baggage, I went to my doctor for my regular checkup yesterday and discovered that I own lost

Answers: Honey, don't worry. i know it sounds alarming but I had have problems with peculiar cells and moderate to severe dysplasia. I have to have a colposcopy and cryosurgery to remove these cell when I was single 15 years old. Ovarian and Cervical cancer run in my clan so I started getting pap smears done early. My end few tests own shown atypical cells but my doctor doesn't appear worried. My husband and I just lately decided to try to conceive our first child and My doctor said we own nothing to verbs about. The well-mannered thing is that your doctor in a minute knows and will keep hold of an eye on the cells. worst defence scenario is after the baby is born and the doc does the biopsy, if it shows any dysplasia or precancerous cell, he can do one of few simple outpatient surgeries to remove the cells. As long as your doctor know about the cell and continues to watch them and you verbs to have regular pap smears to monitor the issue, my doctor said in attendance is no way it will progress far ample to develop into actual cancer. Just keep an eye on it and you will be only just fine. Congratulations for the baby. I hope to be pregnant soon myself :)
There 2 different types of test done with a pap. One is for cervical cancer/HPV, the other is for STD's. You can hold HPV with out the other type of std's. HPV is a Precursor to cervical cancer. You enjoy had a positive pap twice presently, both while pregnant. One thing to remember . HPV , while can be the emergence of cancer, is not cancer itself. It is only an "opening" so to speak. It is a virus, and sometimes, when our bodies are within stressful situations, like pregnancy, colds, flu, the HPvirus will show itself. It isn't going to magically step away, it simply goes into hiding.Think of a cold sore, society have them, but they don't other show up. The virus is alive inside, but not active. I estimate, with your mothers history, it is best to hang about and see, There really isn't to much to do about it until the infant is born. Any biopsies will make the cervix scrawny, and we want a strong one to hold the pregnancy.
Wait until the baby is born, try really sturdy not to worry. Who know, the virus might go into hiding again, and you will freshly have to own a watch and see cervix. You will involve to have regular pap smears, and sometimes, do them every 4 months until you draw from 2 or 3 consecutive negatives.
As for your shipment, you are worried, and pregnant. That might do it. Are you nauseous? Eat upright things for you and the baby, don't verbs to much about the cargo unless it begins to really get hold of bad. I lost roughly 15 pound the first 2 trimesters then gain that and more during the rest of my pregnancy, darn it.
I will be thinking of you, and wishing adjectives is well next to you and those babies

ouch... try a douche conceivably? Dear god, that sounds horrible...

Mandi: most douches ARE filled next to vinegar water.
    Take a hip bath...

And SoCalKim... why would anyone EVER put vinegar in their cooch?

    ~I merely dont get it~
So you own some magic contained by jour johnson, get a chalice of water and dip your rod surrounded by it and take your finger and rub the tip ,it worked forme.

oh yeah throw the cup away when you're done, my roommate hate me to this day.

Soap doesn't help. Ice might but you'd enjoy to keep it on at hand it's not a cure just numbs.
    TAKE A BATH FAST!
Milk sounds biddable also u can try a sitz bath (fill the tub near shallow water) and pour a little apple cider vinegar contained by the water ( the brown vinegar) not squeeze it up ur vagina( I dont believe contained by douche ur vagina cleans itself) but it will help the ph stability of the skin of the vulva or u can also play the waiting game and tender it about 8 hours it will eventually stop if u enjoy a healthy vagina
You want to cut the oils within the peppers. I suggest using a mop up cloth with a placid soap to cleanse your vagina. Douching with anything, milk, vinegar diluted, plain marine will help, but breed sure you use a follow up of plain clear water, at most minuscule 3 times. You might have some blistering surrounded by there, due to the hot pepper having contact next to such sensitive skin, I suggest you see a doctor as soon as you are able.
Sitting within a cool bath and loving of pushing the water towards yourself, as very well as the faucet idea someone else mentioned are adjectives good as all right.
first thing is tranquil down, then walk take a bubble hip bath but instead of putting bubble bath contained by there put for a while bit of vinegar, that will take away the burning sensation and next let it nouns dry and within a few minutes the dull pain will be all gone. save take a syringe and put milk up here to calm it down.
    Any grease or even butter.
Take a bath. Wash really upright down there.
Ice cubes and a hot tounge

  • Wondering if when i ovulate is going to coppers and if so will it merely be for this month or not at adjectives.?

let me first communicate you how it was earlier. back when i be in highschool and i run track so it caused me to miss my time of year for the whole season. next as soon as that was over i get my period twice that month. consequently the next month i get my period on the 14th which seem strange cause approach back past doing all the sports and such it would come on the 16th or latter. but very soon i have be getting it right on the 11th. real regular which i never used to hold cause i be always doing so tons things like sports that messed it up. but this month i started on 8th but i chew over because of how last month go that caused it. but will this alter my ovualtion time and if so when would this be. for the 11th i figured out that it would be around the 22-24. but what in the region of this month. already asked this question but not a single answer.

Answers: Unless you are extremely regular (which is unusual), you can't trust the calendar to interpret your cycle. Maybe a loose guideline but of course nothing to believe to be fertility or planning a trip to avoid doing so while menstruating. The best way to really determine ovulation is to rob & chart your basal temperature every morning using a basal thermometer (not a regular hallucination thermometer). I can't answer all that entail here, there are tons of books on the subject (my favorite self, "Taking Charge of your Fertility"...a must read for all women imo whether or not you plan to "chart").

While it's not as accurate as warmth charting, you can monitor your cervical fluid & cervix position/feel to indicate impending ovulation. When you're getting ready to ovulate, you will hold "fertile quaility fluid", which is quite liquid, clear & stretchy. Not to be gross but it's a lot close to really clear snot. It will feel totally slippery & moist in your vagina. Often women are more aroused this time of month as very well. Your cervix which is normally firm & glib to reach (feels resembling the tip of your nose) will get "high" (hard to reach) & soft & will get underway up right before & at ovulation. The subsequent day (or w/in 2 days), after ovulation, the fluid will dry up & the cervix will step back to low, firm & closed.

The hours of daylight you ovulate can vary from month to month (stress & exercise can rescheduling ovulation & make it seem as if your period is "late") but once you ovulate, the time from ovulation to your time (called the "leutal phase") is consistent every month. So one month I may not ovulate until 16 days after my period, the subsequent I may ovulate 10 days after my period. Regardless, I ALWAYS draw from my period sunshine 12 or 13 days after I ovulate (which I can tell by charting my temps & checking cervical fluid & cervix position).

Not to mention you can't REALLY count on previous cycles from when you were a young person, as teenage girls' cycles tend to swing & your cycle can shift around on you as you age. But the leutal phase thing is consistent.
It really newly depends.........if your cycle is regular, irregular on or not on birth control it is a lot of factor that may change your ovulation cycle, but usually next to a regular cycle(28 days) you will ovulate two after your period, but earlier your next...........roughly in betwen your frist and second time............hope this helps you out a touch........look it up on line...might find more info at hand.

  • Tampons relieve...?

how do u put in a tampon? and should a recently starter be using them
    thanks
    ashley

Answers: You can insert a tampon by getting into a comfortable position. You can insert a tampon while squatting down or beside one leg up on the toilet seat. If it's your first time you can even sit down on the toilet to give a hand you relax. When you're ready to insert your tampon start by unwrapping your tampon and later holding the applicater with your dominant paw. Use your free hand to seperate the lips/labia of the vulva. Grab the finger-grips next to your thumb and middle finger. Ease the tampon into your vagina while angling it towards your bottom. Most people don't know this but the vagina in actuality lies flat and it doesn't go up. Continue angling your tampon and pushing it within towards your tailbone until the finger-grips are right outside of your vagina and the bigger tube is completely inside of you. Then with your index/pointer finger push the skinny tube into the bigger tube which is already inside of you. Once the skinny tube is adjectives the way within then you verbs the applicater out with the finger-grips and toss it within the trash. The string will be left slack outside of your body, so just tuck that into your underwear.

If the applicater doesn't budge in adjectives the way and you pop unseal your tampon then it will be exceptionally uncomfortable so sort sure you get it surrounded by all of the process. You might also have better nouns by using Playtex SlimFit tampons and using a little bit of lubricant on the applicater to relieve it slide in. After you bring used to using a regular tampon you should deffinately consider switching to the safer brand (Natracare!) as it is better for your body. Maybe after a few years of using tampons you could switch to a menstrual cup! Way healthier and environmentally friendly. Good luck!

    ^Some favourable links for ya!
Well insertion depends on whether or not the tampon comes with an applicator. If you are using something approaching OB (which doesnt have an applicator) later you take it out of the wrapper, verbs the string taught, press your finger into the underpinning and then slowly insert the tampon as far as you can. Stand up and see if you can consistency it. If you can feel it, you want to push it in farther.
If you are using any other brand (with an applicator) you only just slowly press the applicator until the whole tampon is within and then dispose of the applicator.
Always be relaxed when you are putting a tampon surrounded by, otherwise it wont go contained by properly.
Yes, a new starter should be fine using them - I be, and I'm fine.
I used tampons from the first time I started my period - never used a wad.

I wouldn't suggest using OB, those things suck and it's difficult to get the tampon far adequate in, not to mention have bloody fingers (that sounds gross, but it's the truth).

I would suggest a brand with a smooth plastic applicator, the cardboard ones aren't moderately as comfortable. Also start with the ultra-light mixed bag - you probably don't need a super purely yet! Tampax pearls are great.

To insert the tampon, the easiest process for me was other to prop one leg up on the toilet and aim the tampon at your lower back.

When you buy a box, at hand are illustrated instructions to assist you out.

ADD: If you insert it incorrectly, you will be able to have a feeling the tampon. If put in far plenty, the strings will hang down outside of your vagina and you will not know how to feel the tampon when standing up, walking, etc. If you CAN get the impression it, simply pull the tampon out by the strings and try next to a new one. Seriously, read the entire handbill that comes in the box and it will communicate you everything you need to know.

I didn't convey my mom that I had started my interval or that I was using tampons until the 3rd sunshine of using them. If you read the instructions, I'm sure you will be fine. It doesn't take a ace to figure out a tampon.
yes a clean starter can use a tampon, i did and I'm perfectly fine.lol

for starters i recommend you start out next to Tampax pearl regular. They have a larger plastic tube a grip a smaller plastic tube and a string dangling at the bottom.

Get into a comfortable position ( i suggest squatting)

    Find your hole..

Insert the larger tube at a 45 scope angle towards the small of your back

    \ = 45 scope angle

insert it until it hits the grip now push the smaller tube into the larger tube. (it sympathetic of feels funny the first time, resembling something is going up your stomach) hold the grip and pull out the plastic applicator. the tampon string should be dangling between your legs.. Hope this works for you!

In more or less 4 hours when its time to take out the tampon draw from into the same position and verbs on the string slowly in like 45 degree angle.
