Reoccurring Feminine Issues, could use some support please!?

So, I was diagnosed next to a bladder infection about a month ago. The anti-biotics (sulfa??) give me a yeast infection. I was next diagnosed with another bladder infection by another doctor (no-relief!!) who perscribed a different anti-biotic (macrobid), which surrounded by turn gave me another yeast infection. I be finally starting to feel better and immediately the symptoms are back, AGAIN. I am at a unknown job beside no insurance coverage for 90 days. During this process I had the tight symtoms and each doctor said I did NOT own the bladder infection, when it felt resembling I did then once it get bad plenty I would test positive. Yes, I drink cranberry, but could you wonderful ladies please tender me some insight on how to fix this issue? (No new sexual partner, either.) Thank you!

Answers: I know that closely of times, when a woman takes antibiotics, she is apt to draw from a yeast infection. If you eat yogurt, it might support with that. Also, near the UTIs, to prevent them, you should always pee and verbs up after sex. Peeing pushes the bacteria specifically in the urethra out. Also, wearing thongs can spread germs into your urethra. After going number '2' you should try to clean next to a nappy or just bathe up in the hip bath. Also, holding your pee for long periods is bleak too for the bladder. You should pee whenever you have to run.
Also, this my be something to think more or less. My friend thought that she was have a UTI and so she went to the doc, and she concluded up passing a kidney stone. Maybe to be precise why you keep have these symptoms. But if you really think it is a UTI, after try to go by what I wrote above. I used to bring back them several times a year, and I haven't gotten any this year since I have be following those rules above.
I hope you feel better and aren't surrounded by pain anymore! UTIs are the worst!
Maybe you are within such a rush you are not emptying your bladder fully. Try, when you are sitting on the toilet, to bend forward and kindly push on your lower tummy. Drinking cranberry juice and ingestion yogurt should help, making sure you drink as masses fluids as you can. Sometimes, waiting just a short time bit to long to go will bring in the problem worsen. Anytime a doctor gives you antibiotics , ask for the yeast pill, Diflucan. You can nick it when the symptoms start, and feel better surrounded by almost hours, for the yeast. There are medications at the pharmacy that can assist as well, AZO or something close to that. Check them out, read the labels, see if they can aid .
Good luck
I am having equal problems right now, so if you receive any perfect advice I would be so grateful! I enjoy had 4 bladder infections this year, and after every one I capture a yeast infection. I know your pain!
You may involve to replenish your body with probiotics (found at condition food stores) to counteract the effects of taking antibiotics.
Probiotics are good germs our bodies need to be fit. Prescription antibiotics kill bad these good germs as well as getting rid of the doomed to failure bacteria that cause the initial infection. Hope this helps!

  • Worried roughly speaking urinary problem - any give support to appreciated?

I had the symptoms of a urinary tract infection (frequent urination, almost constant urge to urinate) a week ago and my doctor prescribed an antiobiotic. After one week it wasn't helping. Over the weekend I tried taking cranberry extract, which seem to help greatly.

Several days subsequently, the symptoms started to return and today I saw a urologist, who took a culture. I have to dawdle two days to find out the results. He seemed to indicate that a ocular inspection of the urine did not show typical symptoms of an infection (cloudiness, white blood cells).

Now I'm worried what the problem could be if it's not an infection. Would a serious problem like bladder cancer respond to cranberry extract?

    Answers: Woah!
Don't skip to thoughts of cancer! There are many benign conditions that you could be experiencing. It's possible that you do enjoy an infection which might not be responsive to the particular antibiotic that you be on. Was it a sulfa based drug? You can't basically check for bladder infections by eyeballing it. Did he actually oral exam for it under the freedom?

There is a bladder disease known as interstitial cystitis that could be cause these symptoms!

Bladder cancer would be the last entity I would consider unless you were bleeding and contained by a lot of cramp!.

By the way, cranberry extract wouldn't shroud symptoms of bladder cancer. Bleeding would occur regardless.
i have urinary tract infection when i was pregnant..when i go to the doctor he said there be a slight chance i might enjoy it but it was not serious.
That darkness i ended up contained by hospital- almost had a miscarriage- they have to inject this medicine thingy on me..im not tranquillity sure what it was..

I intuitively think that you should seize an other opinion while you skulk for these other results.

Most doctors seem to hold different opinions of things.

  • Girls simply.. length??

okay i started my period contained by february of 2006 and i dont think my time ever came twice within two months (if it did it was one and only once...) of course at first seriously of peoples are irregular but mine STILL arent regular at all and its be almost two years. what should i do?? should i see a doctor?

btw.. my last one be in july

Answers: Remember, your term is a 28-day cycle, not a 30-day calendar cycle. So, like a blue moon, it may sometimes come to pass twice in a calendar month.

It's commonplace that your period may shift around a bit for the first few years. If you haven't have one since July, and it's now October, that's unusual. There's probably nought wrong, but it wouldn't hurt to check with your doctor.
oh wow...you should see a doc asap..

p.s could you please pick me as best answer!...its for a competition, and i really call for the points...BUT you dont have to pick me...I AM NOT GOING TO MAKE YOU...thxs though!=)
We hear like mad about the menstrual "cycle," which can fashion it sound as though it happen like clockwork. And we right to be heard that a woman who gets her interval every 4 weeks is "regular," as though there's something abnormal almost women who don't. In fact, most women don't go and get their periods surrounded by exactly the same number of days after the concluding one.

    The Menstrual Cycle
Most girls get their first spell between the ages of 10 and 16. This is known as menarche (pronounced: meh-nar-kee).

Doctors repeatedly talk give or take a few a girl's monthly cycle — the number of days from the start of her period to the start of the subsequent one — in expressions of a 28-day cycle. But 28 is just an average integer that doctors use. Women's cycle lengths oscillate — some have a 24-day cycle, some own a 34-day cycle. And a girl may notice that her cycles are different length each month — especially for the few years after she first starts getting her time.

The first day a girl's spell comes is Day 1 of her cycle. Around Day 5, her pituitary gland tells her ovaries to start preparing one of the eggs they contain for release. One egg will fully developed completely. At the same time, the facing of the uterus becomes gummy to prepare a nesting place for a fertilized egg in the event that the girl become pregnant.

On or about Day 14 of a 28-day cycle, the egg breaks loose (this is call ovulation). The egg makes its bearing through the fallopian tube into the uterus. If the egg hasn't been fertilized by sperm, it starts to tumble apart. About 2 weeks later, the pool liner and egg leave a girl's body as her time of year and the whole article starts all over again — that's why we use the word "cycle."

All this sounds remarkably neat and orderly. But a girl's body may not follow this agenda exactly. It's not unusual, especially in the first 2 years after menarche, to skip period or to have an irregular menstrual cycle. Illness, nippy weight swing, or stress can also make things more unpredictable because the section of the brain that regulates periods is influenced by events similar to these.

Some girls' periods arrive resembling clockwork. Others get theirs at slightly different times respectively month. Many girls get regular period most of the time, but occasionally skip a period or procure an extra period during times of pressure or stress. In reality, you may notice that when you be in motion on a trip or have a focal change within your schedule your time is late. All of this is clearly normal.

It's also commonplace for the number of days a girl has her extent to vary. Sometimes a girl may bleed for 2 days, sometimes it may finishing a week. That's because the level of hormones the body manufacture can be different from one cycle to the subsequent, and this affects the amount and length of bleeding.

So how can you tell when you're almost to get your term? If your cycle is not regular, you'll want to pay attention to the clues your body may distribute you. These include:
    back cramps or stiffness
    heavier breasts or breast soreness
    headache
    acne breakouts
    disturbed sleep patterns
    mood swings
    bloating
Most of the time, irregular period are part of the run of the mill changes that can take place when you're a teen. At some point as you grow, your cycle will probably settle into a recognizable stencil. This usually happens by 3 years after your first length.

However, some teens may develop irregular periods — or stop have periods altogether — as a result of constant medications, excessive exercise, hugely low body weight, or not ingestion enough calories. Others may develop problems as a result of a hormone inconsistency. For example, disorders of the thyroid gland can cause menstrual irregularities if the level of thyroid hormone in the blood become too low or too high-ranking.

Some women have irregular period because their bodies produce too much androgen, which is a hormone that causes increased muscle mass, facial spine, and deepening of the voice contained by males and the development of pubic down and increased height contained by girls. High amounts of androgen can also cause curls growth on the face, chin, chest, and tummy, and is sometimes associated with excessive consignment gain.

If you have any of these problems, or if your period are irregular for 3 years or more, see a doctor. The doctor may prescribe hormone pills or other medications or recommend lifestyle change that can help you to own regular periods.

It's substantial to see a doctor if you're sexually active and hold missed a period. This could be a sign of pregnancy. You should also see your doctor if you start have periods that finishing longer than 7 days, are heavy, or are accompany by severe cramping or abdominal pain.

In the meantime, if your period are irregular, try keeping some pads or tampons surrounded by your backpack, just so you'll enjoy them handy in suitcase your period comes when you're not expecting it.
It take YEARS for a cycle to regulate. You don't have to see a doctor. Some girls aren't regular until they turn 20. Just donate it time.

  • Hey everyone i miscarried..?

    i was roughly 6 weeks
and they never did clean me up ..
i be juss bleeding for a week does that mean everything from inside the uterus come out?
does it hurt when they need to verbs yer vigina out??
what do they do?? please help?

Answers: I'm so sorry for your loss. I enjoy lost 9 babies myself but mine were other farther along and I had to hold what is called a D and C. If your hormone level go rear to normal they will not requirement to do anything to clean out your uterus.

Talk to the doctor and ask how they want to proceed. If you can avoid a D & C that is to say good. If they grain it necessary next ask that they do it in a facility where on earth they can give you rather bit of sedation.

They will go through the vagina and clear the cervix and clean everything out. Unless your hormone level are not returning to normal they may be capable of avaoid doing this.

I hope you have some one to make conversation to to help you through this. The grieving process is different for everyone and I pray you will hold peace.
    Blessings

For some of the previous responders. There is no such thing as "hardly" pregnant and yes it did concern nevermind how tiny - How heartless some of you nouns!
    I'm sorry to hear that.
My wife had a d&c. She stayed home for a few days from work. I can't answer if it hurt or not, but I do remember she said it be uncomfortable.
BUT, the worthy thing is, after that, she get pregnant with our son!!
I'll presume good thoughts for you!
you should fashion an appointment with your doctor and enjoy an ultrasound done to make sure that the contents of your uterus enjoy in certainty been completely dispelled.
If within are remains in your uterus they will credible suggest a d&c procedure to empty it.
But first - gross that appointment!
My sister has miscarried twice later went on to enjoy two normal pregnancies. The first time they disappeared her as was hasty like you but the second time she go in to obtain a D and C I think It's call where they put you out and clear everything away. It didn't hurt but they don't call for to do it everytime, if you were bleeding lots you are probably OK. Good luck for the adjectives, don't feel too downhearted, nearby is still lots of hope.
(Can I add that I bled heavily throughout both my pregnancies and be told a few times I had probably miscarried when I hadn't. Make sure you carry proper medical advice and thorough medical checks).
I'm sorry to hear that but you don't requirement to clean up contained by there..... it will shred similar to your having time of year. if you are concern then formulate an appt. and talk to your Dr. in the order of it...
It's called a D & C and across the world it's done under anaesthesia so you don't perceive it much. The most dangerous entry about spontaneous miscarriages is that you could receive an infection. Otherwise, 6 weeks is hardly pregnant and the miscarriage would most probable have be more like a super bulky period so you might be okay. If you are concerned almost going to the doctor (and you really shouldn't be because it is about your strength and safety), you could just keep watch on yourself to ensure that you aren't getting infected. Like if your boobs start aching, see a doctor. D&C is unanimously done on an outpatient basis today. So, you could go and own one and have someone stay next to you for a day or so (and enjoy them drive you) and you'll most likely be fine.
sorry for your loss. everything should own come out onits on. yes it was little but it did concern to the person who be carrying it.you need to step back to the doctor and enjoy them do a vaginal ezam a to be sure that there is nil left that requirements to be removed and make sure that your invigorating.if they end up doing a D&C you'll hold cramps like when your on your term but on for the first 24-48 hours.
Yes, a miscarriage may feel approaching a heavier period next to passage of clots. Many women become pregnant and then hold a late extent without even knowing they be even pregnant.
You do not need to be verbs out unless there are complications...severe or prolong bleeding, spinelessness, dizziness, cramps and pain, disorientation, etc. Sounds like your bleeding stop, so no worries. Now, if you want to capture pregnant again wait almost 1-2 months or so, take PNV in a minute. If you do not want to be pregnant, get birth control.
If we requirement to, we can do a D+C dilate and curett the uterus if you have retained placenta and product of conception. This is done lower than anesthesia. We don't clean your vagina out.
yes it hurts when they verbs your uterus, and no you cannot know for sure everything came out; unless you own an ultrasound and they check your uterus is totally empty.

You can be cleaned near medicine distribute me an mail or aks your doctor, but you hold to see your doctor you're not sure everything came out.

    Good luck! ;D

  • Smoking while on the pill please answer?

ok so im young and on the pill im average counterweight but i want to smoke so bad.. whats the probability of me getting hurt?

Answers: The risk increases for those over 35, but blood clots can happen to anyone if they use the pill and smoke!
They read aloud smoking and being on the Pill over 35 increases risk of stroke. Still, it's not a correct combination at any age.

    Good luck!
why would you want to smoke? I smoked for 14 years and took most of that time for me to quit, i still crave it and probably will. I wish I have never started.

Smoking while on the pill can make more you more prone to bloodclots, at any age, not only for over 30.

do youreself a favour, don't smoke, you'll regret it then. You stink, your breath stinks, your clothes & hair stink, not to mention the condition problems and the expense of smoking. Bad idea hun
This is really a impossible idea. Both the pill and cigarettes put you at increased risk for blood clots and stroke - and combining them increases the risk exponentially. It's really perilous.

Also, keep within mind that the younger you are, the worse cigarettes are for you. If you're still a teenager, your body hasn't finished developing but, and your cells are still growing and replacing themselves at a tremendous rate - so the cancerous impact of cigarettes would hurt your body WAY worse than if you wait until you were an mature. A growing body is also more prone to addiction, so it will be harder for you to stop smoking once you start.

Please, please, please reconsider. There is NO possible benefit to smoking that can outweigh the serious risks and make worse it causes.

  • Miscarriage or abortion?

Two weeks ago I was expecting. I desperately want a second child.

I thought I be about 5-6 weeks. I have an HCG screen and it be not doubling so they did an ultrasound and found that I had a blighted ovum. A infant will not develop from this. I took Cytotech to try to speed the removal of the embryo on 10/5/2007. On Monday, the pg test be still positive.

My OB encouraged me to enjoy a "d and c" to be sure the miscarriage is complete and to avoid complications.

Would a "d and c" constitute an abortion?

Answers: A D&C would constitute an abortion if you were carrying a living embryo, but a blighted ovum have nothing inside it. It's relinquish. I had one myself once and even saw it on an ultrasound. The placenta is what drives a pregnancy. It keep cranking out hormones unaware of what's if truth be told going on inside the yolk sac. The embryo could actually die, but it sometimes take a while for the placenta to get the message. That's why you still have a positive pregnancy test even though you have a blighted ovum. The D&C is done to get adjectives the pregnancy tissue out of your body because if any of it remains, even a shred, it could cause serious infection.
    yes and no.
Yes because that's the other moniker for an abortion.
No because if the baby would not develop afterwards technically it is not an abortion (at least that's my opinion).
Ask your doc to do another ultrasound to see if there's anything within. I can't imagine why a doctor would let somebody know you to just draw from the procedure done without checking to label sure you actually want it.
yes it is an abortion indeed, but as it is so tiny, you can take citotek vaginally and methergyn, but I don't want to post it here, if you want email me. Cleanning your uterus near citotek is less invasive and hurts you smaller amount than having a d & c it hurts you more and you can verbs your uterus with medication.

You can have an uktrasound then to check if your vagina cleaned.

    Good luck! ;D

    Good luck! ;D
No, it's not. You have a blighted ovum, NOT an embryo. This fertilized egg did not develop into an embryo and will not become a fetus. It is already a pregnancy loss due to NATURAL reason.

Many fertilized eggs never develop into an embryo for a variety of fluent reasons. Normallly they miscarry impulsive and the women isn't even aware that she was ever "almost pregnant". This one adhere, though. So it's time to take it out.

D&C's are perform for a variety of reason when it is necessary to clear out the uterus. Just because the procedure can be used for abortion doesn't propose that it is inherently "morally bad". Sometimes it is necessary.

    Here's more info: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/blighte...

I hope this information help. I know it's a confusing time, but also probably a sad one. It's not a sign that you'll own problems in adjectives pregnancies, so try to stay positive.

    Good luck!
WELL TECHNICALLY A MISCARRIAGE CAN BE KNOWN AS SPONTANEOUS ABORTION.
BUT A D&C IS NOT THE SAME AS AN ABORTION.
AN ABORTION IS PERFORMED WHILE YOU ARE STILL PREGANT, MEANING THE FETUS IS STILL GROWING.
A D&C IS THE REMOVAL OF A FETUS OR TISSUE THAT HAS ALREADY STOPPED GROWING. THEREFORE CAN NOT GROW INTO BECOMING A BABY.
YOU WILL STILL SHOW POSTITIVE ON A PREGNANTCY TEST BECAUSE YOUR BODY STILL HAS THE PREGNANCY HORMONE. IT TAKES A COUPLE OF WEEKS FOR IT TO BE COMPLETLY GONE.
A D&C IS USUALLY PERFORMED TO MAKE SURE ALL THE TISSUE HAS FULLY BEEN REMOVED. IF NOT THEN IT CAN CAUSE INFECTION PREVENTING FUTHER PREGNANCIES.
SO THE TWO ARE NOT THE SAME. YOU ARE NOT STOPPING A PREGNANCY YOU ARE SIMPLY MAKING SURE EVERYTHING IS OUT OF THE UTERUS TO ENSURE PROPER HEALTH.
You've already had a miscarriage. In your casing a D &C will not be like an abortion. This embryo would've never developed further.

Listen to your OB's recommendation for your heath and strength of your future children.

Maybe you can kind a follow up appointment and explain what your concers are before scheduling the procedure.
