are you on birth control? if so you can skip this period by not taking the sugar pills for this month and starting subsequent months set of pills now. Its not pious to do ALL the time, but once is okay. My doctor told me about this because I be suppossed to start my period right since my wedding. Other than that I don't believe near are any foods to help your time of year come earlier. Its up to mother quality.
