Sports bras will help somewhat. They are really tight and make them appear smaller. Dont buy any push up or padded bras. Even one with a underwire can still sort you appear larger. Why do you want your boobs smaller? Anyways you can work out go for a run play sports anything that involves moving your body should do the trick.
