Its normal to go through that strain. I remember when I had my first few I couldnt handle the pain i only just wanted to go home from school. Felt approaching i was in labor although I do not even know what being labor feel like but it hurt that bad. The best thing I can communicate you is to do as the other lady said too put a heating pad or something where on earth your having the cramps and pains. and my advice if your like me and hold very heavy bleed's dont take Ibprohen (motrin) or Naproxen or asprin because they will runny your blood out making you bleed more. I usually use an off brand of Midol. It helps:) I hope this helps you.
Aw, i touch for you and know exactly what it feels like as i get them really fruitless as well.. Hot water bottles really do help and they dont craft the blood thicker at all. Take painkillers, do exercise as that also helps pains and also taking a nice warm tub helps.
Hope i helped x
What you are describing is usual. I have had periods a moment ago like the one you described ever since my first period. I use a heating wad on my back and stomach regions to help with the distress. I also take a baby aspirin in the mornings to maintain the blood from forming into large blood clots (it will NOT make you bleed more). If you can't be at home with a heat pad, then you can use ThermaCare heat pad for menstrual cycles, available at Walmart. They are discreet, go under your clothes, and it's okay to wear them at school! Midol or Pamprin Multi Symptom Maximum Strength (it have to be the multi symptom which also contains a diuretic) can help as well. If you are still having discouraging periods you can't deal with, see a gynocologist, and they can afford you birth control or other ways to deal with your period.
if you walk on birth control pill it will make your periods more accurate and it will also work as a pain murderer , ask your parent or guardian about this , also drink water alot it helps loads.
i dont own this myself because im a boy , but i know alot about this kinda stuff
wow, i feel really sorry for you. resourcefully i know my cramps are the worst things on the planet. i take like a billion nurofen (painkillers) and i have a hot river bottle which is better, make sure you move around alot but if its getting worse maybe you should go to a doctor because if its that severe that u quality like vomiting and missing school at such a young age at hand might be a problem. although if u just started its most likely to be in its worse stages,
unflappable down girl.. it's going to be okay. i was 13 when i first got my period, and honestly, those be the worst periods i ever had. i remember walking in the precinct cramping so bad that i had to stop at almost every bench that i saw, then i eventualadjectivesthrew up in the bathroom. mine were very weighty when i first started also.every month, your body goes through drastic hormonal changes around your period time, and your body is still really young at 13. your body has probably not found a way to settlement with these drastic changes yet, but is working on it. obviously, the best advice would be to see a gyeno about this problem, because there are conditions which involve prickly periods. as far as being at school, pinch midol. its like tylenol for your period. nobody is laughing at you, because we ALL have go through this at some point in time, and i truly do believe that these are just normal side effects of man a woman and having a period -_- and PLEASE try takling to your mom.. and if not your mom, afterwards there has to be somebody that you look up to, like a coach, a educationalist, a friend's mother, or another family member.
