I'm 13 years old and I'm on Birth Control by the doctor because I'd had my period for 3 weeks. I don't cogitate they would let you buy Birth Control unless you have permission by doctors. And for the condoms, I don't know.
i think you own to have a prescription for birth control. so talk to your doctor about that.
They most predictable wont, but, regardless, at 13, you shouldn't be needing to, or thinking about buying such things.
You can try a planned parenthood for birth control. Also, some clinics pass out free condoms. I would check it out, but I'm not positive.
