Should I practice using a tampon?

No don't do it. I honestly dont resembling tampon it worsen the cramps for me. but only use tampons when you are like doing a sport. plus it really easy to use one.

tampons are great but do not put them in until you have your period. it make them easier to put in if your bleeding. I tried to do what you did when i didnt have my period and it get stuck and my mom had to pull it out.. it hurt so bad and be so embarassing. you have to wait till your period because it will soak up the blood. its not expected to be up there when your dry..

1. The blood of your period lubricates things so it will be easier to insert/remove.
2. You seriously increase your risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome
3. Ignore the comments in the region of not using them until you've had children. It really depends on the person and if you use the correct size for your flow and insert it correctly it shouldn't be painful.
I recommend you read the directions that come surrounded by a pack of tampons. Not only do they explain how to insert a tampon, they explain the symptoms of TSS and how to minimise the risks of developing TSS. It's alright to practice when you have your period. Remember that experience make things easier.

NO NO NO you should never use a tampon if you are not on your period. Not only would it be more difficult to insert it but it would be very mortified to get it out afterwards. It should tell you on the packaging not to do this and signs to look out for TSS Source(s): Retired nurse

my friend got one stuck and she didnt get hers on the other hand, and she had to go to the er, and a bunch of MEN and one lady be doing a surgery sort of type thing, and she said it was so PAINFUL.
