It could be infection, hormonal inbalance or disorders, genetic disorder, pregnancy, or a million other reasons. The ONLY way you will find out is to step to a doctor. You can expect some internet person who has no idea anything around your medical history to give you an accurate answer. If you value your health and your reproductive handiness to have a baby one day, you will shift to a doctor.
if you are worried about going to a doctor because , perhaps, you have no insurance or something close to that, then find a free or low-cost clinic. Planned Parenthood is a good one, but if you are not in a city that have a planned parenthood, do an online search for women's clinic in your city that serves poor populations, or teenagers, or women minus insurance. Most decent sized cities have them.
