I started my interval...fruitless cramps :/?

ok so this mornin i started my period for the first time ever (im 14) and my sinuses r actin up, im startin to get some bad cramps..im goin to Busch Gardens tmrw and i dnt want to enjoy these bad cramps or sinus problems, is it ok to take zertyc, and sudafed for allergies, AND 2 tylenol for my cramps? please help :)
Answers:
you should not need zertyc and sudafed for allergies both at once. Instead of tylenol there is medication you can buy over the counter made specifically for menstrual cramps. to be exact what you shouldbe taking.
No, the best thing to pinch is Moltrin or Midol. I know everyone's body is different but I have cramps too every time I get my period and I acquire very very sick, like throwing up and everything and I can't even swallow my food because I perceive so bad for the first, second and sometimes 3rd day. I have it fruitless, but I spoke to my doctor and the best thing for me was moltrin (you might be different though). It won't work right away but it's better than Tynenol (which make you very tired but the pain eventually comes back). It usually takes effect after you trip up asleep but right when you wake up, and trust me on this, the pain will be gone and you will be as happy as every. It get rid of it completely, you probably won't feel the cramps the next day any.
It will be okay to take those medicine together. Just do not exceed the daily warnings of any of them! have fun and I hope you get the impression better!!
It should be okay, but since Tylenol can be taken for pain other than menstrual cramps, I'm not too sure (Yes--Midol is great, close to others say! It is especially made for cramps). If you're still skeptical about it, try relieving the cramps by eating bananas or placing a heat pad over your abdomen. A good opening to PREVENT cramps is regular exercise.
after i started which be when i was 12, i got a book about that stuff.
it said to stretch every time to help with cramps. i do and i have nevver have cramps on my period, and im 13 now
im not sure, but i wouldn't because that much medicine could just make you more sick. I, individually, would reschedule going to busch gardens until ur period is over so you dont have the cramps, then you can basically take the zertec and the sudafed.
Thats the devil trying to get out!! hold him in! god requirements you to be strong and so does jesus! just hold on dont let the devil win!! peace out and much love <3 Source(s): jesus god the bible

-Midol, or other pain killers (not to much) and Zyrtec, that's it...

-cranberry juice (this help with the bloating)

Even I know this, and Im a guy :P
anyways, hope u feel better, if you take zyrtec you dont obligation sudafed, so you dont mix too many narcotics, other wise you`ll end up thought drowsy and Busch Gardens wont be as fun :( sooo ya...
And stay away from Tylenol if you can... Source(s): webmd.com
You can but Midol is especially made for menstral cramps.
EAT BROCCOLI BEFORE YOUR "TIME" IT WORKS GREAT
They should be fine, they are not made up with the same things so an overdose is not something to worry going on for.
bear some midol, i've never taken it before, but i heard it works great. im not sure about taking allergy drug with it though, ask your parents or something.
Take your does of midol. It works like a charm!

Girl, I feel your pain! I had REALLY fruitless cramps as a kid. Nothing helped. Nothing short of prescribed pain killers. So I do know a article or two about helping to alleviate the pain.

1. Don't use a tampon, use a sanitary pad. (Yeah, I know: ew. But tampons solely make the pain worse.)

2. Yes, you can use allergy medication and tylenol together. If Tylenol doesn't help, try Midol and yes, you can use it next to allergy meds.

3. Sit in a warm bath. Grab a book or magazine and freshly relax.

4. Try a heating pad on your back and/or on your stomach. The bake helps relax the muscles that are all cramped up and causing the niggle.

5. Be sure and tell your mom so she knows what's going on and how to help you.

6. Walking should give support to, so have a great time at Busch Gardens!

7. Welcome to womanhood! It's a pretty cool place to be.

EDIT: Nearly forgot my one secret weapon: Mind over matter. When I be a teen and had to sit in agony in class, I'd look down at my book, close my eyes, see in your mind`s eye my body relaxing, and tell myself over and over again that I felt no pain, I feel no pain. Self-hypnosis is great for relieving muscle cramps.

=D
if i was a feminine i would help you. but fortunately im not! good luck!
