Are near any ways to take rid of your extent faster?

Hey there. I just got my time of year today and I was wondering if there are ways to shorten the cycle. The first day of academy is in about 1 day (Wednesday the 2nd) and for some use I have a bad tendency to other "leak" like I completely miss the pad or something. I sometimes use tampons but even when I use them I still manage to "leak" even when the tampon is not even completely full. I even use both a wipe & tampon and I still leak sometimes. I don't exactly like wearing tampons only because I really, really, don't resembling the feeling of it when I take them out. I've worn them many times but if I don't really entail to, I won't. Also, it just so happens that my 2 heaviest days are going to be tomorrow and the first day of conservatory.

Anyways, that is why I would like to know if there are any ways to find rid of your period faster. Any other advice would be great!

working out and eating healthy and small meal 5 X a day before i get my time of year i do sit ups and eat 5 x a day small meals and run and i do this for 2 weeks and b4 i win it and my period only last 2 or 3 days also u perceive so good too and i lose like 7 pounds but i think its river weight
uhhh,wow.haha. well i've hear getting in the pool stops it..but that doesnt work,i dont think anything doesss..well you might wanna wear and overnight wipe up front and one in the back,its really uncomfortable but im sure you wont ooze..sorry i cant help:(
Hmmm Well, I know drinking a LOT of water might shorten it and I know that stress and stuff will delay it but thats not really a correct idea.

Theres no way of you shortening it that quickly but I suggest wearing the Always Overnight pads next to wings plus a tampon. The overnight ones are really long and cover a lot area of your underwear, I would vote to use that, then wear some jeans because they are a thick fabric and wear cotton underwear because it absorb liquid easier in case you do ooze.

But if you REALLY want it to get lighter the best thing to do is have a forceful diet and exercise specially something like running/jogging and/or swimming. Don't eat too much junk food and dont drink too much soda.
