I am losing freight close to crazy...is my diet/exercise routine athletic long permanent status?

I'm 28 5'7" and weighed 130 just a few months ago. I was watching my diet and exercising and slowly get down to about 125. Then I went to this weight training protein shake/meal replacement drink I saw within the guys body building section at teh health food store...I have started drinking it for bfast (with a piece of fruit on the drive to work), consumption a large salad with chicken of fish on it for lunch, a banana for a afternoon snack, then another protein/meal replacement drink for dinner (some times I drink a plain salad for dinner). If I snack I eat rice cakes...oh and I drink a lot of cold hose throughtout the day and night...so that's my diet. As for exercise I have finally gotten where on earth I am lifting weights 3 times a week and running the other 2 or 3 days a week (I sleep like 16 hrs on Sunday...haha)...okay so just in the final like 4 weeks dropped 10 lbs down to 115 and then yesterday I weighed myself and I am down another 6 to 109....I have no idea I had lost that much weight. I know I was looking good in the mirror but I don't look skinny or anything. I'm planning to lately stay on this same routine/diet for one more month. Not sure what my golal is (I read Katherine Heigel is 5'9" and weighs 109 so I was thinking conceivably like 107 or 105 would be my goal...I feel okay, does it nouns like I am doing anything that isn't healthy?I guess I am just realadjectivesshocked how the weight has just melt away so quickly...even when i was 18 I think I weigh like 112 or so...I'm just amazed I guess.

I think it would be your best interest if you'd clear a Dr.'s apt.and have them draw some blood to check your thyroid level. It's possible that you have hyper thyroid.Just to be on the undamaging side.
