I'm around 9 days late (still waiting for it). What's really freaking me out is that for the past 5 days or so i've be feeling those horrible period cramps but yet i'm only not bleeding. I also notice that my last couple of periods be pretty light and lasted for only 3 days. I'm not sure if this info is key but I'm 16 years old,my period started when I was 10, and i never have sex. I hate to sound so paranoid, but I’m honestly very worried.

Stress can do your cycle to be delayed.

sometimes women can miss periods....different things can affect it ...weight ...diet ....stress...i mean the roll goes on ...if this continues i would talk to a doctor though
