My sister doesn't resembling to shave her legs repeatedly what do you believe?

My sister is 13 and a half and honestly looks like she is 15-16+, she has shaved resembling twice ever and doesn't really think about shaving. Should she be doing this? I'm just wondering I don't want some loser guy or someone to speak something mean to her about it since she's going to highschool and never had a bf and doesn't own any guy friends (yet). It can't be noticed unless in good lighting or close up though, its really restrained and she doesn't have much so should she do it? And should I say anything she gets really silly at me if I say things like that to her. I don't know if this is my business but I want the best for her, so I'd appreciate a good answer.

I think that shaving is a personal decision. In plentiful cultures, they do not shave legs, under arms or any other place on the body. It truly depends upon the individual and how they feel about have hair. Personally, as an African American woman, I don't shave. Hair just does not grow on my legs. I have a sister and at one point surrounded by her youth, she had hair on her legs, but she never thought about shaving them - it be just not something we were taught to do. Under arms? That's different. But your sister have the right to her own choice. I'll bet when she is old enough for a boyfriend, if he LIKES shaved legs, she will probably do it just to please him.

Talk to your mom about it. Just ask her if she could talk to your sis about it. But this is your sis and she probably feel comfortable about it. When she realizes it's not a good look afterwards that just a sign that she is maturing.

any guy that would negotiator her because she has hairy legs is a loser! but I understand your concern, if she have light colored thin hair it's not a problem and even more not a problem if she have high self esteem. if she notices that guys are being tight to her because of it, she'll probably shave it anyway.

Well, A LOT of girls really dont shave every single day (like most empire think)
I honestly dont really shave unless I know Im going to want to wear dresses, shorts, etc.
Its really not that big of a deal.
No one ever made fun of me for it, but I cover it up, but even if i dont people dont really care.
I doubt anyone will even observe her leg hair or anything.
Plus no one really needs to shave their legs if they are going to be wearing pant all week.
So what? It's not gross. It not dirty or anything.
It really doesnt matter, and simply let her be comfortable.
