Is it spotting or is it my time of year?

The last time I had my period be on June 25 and I can mybe be pregnant but I took a test and it came out negative but it said to pee on it for 5 second but I only did it for like 3 will that give me a false answer?? Also yesterday I get my period but when I looked at my underwear it was just a dot so idk if it's purely spotting and maybe I am pregnant and also when I put my pad it was bleeding weakly but at night it seemed like a regular term so idk what it is. Also can you explain what does cycles mean?

I know it's a lot to ask for but it's just I'm freaking out
Answers:
Yes, it is possible that doing the peeing for solitary 3 seconds could have a false result but I would recommend checking with the company that make the test that you use to see what they say.

As for this dot that you noticed, that could be related to your time of year but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.

When they chitchat about cycles they are talking about the time from one extent to the next. Each new cycle starts with the first time of the period that comes each month.
