My time is backbone, do you hold any direction?

Due to an eating disorder I lost my period for a year. It came final today though. I'm so upset. I actually had to recover from the drinking issues and it was a weird link to that. I only just want it to go away again. I don't care that periods are annoying, I lately liked it being gone because of the eating disorder. I get the impression even worse than the first time I got my period, and both times I have cried and prayed for it to move. It's pathetic, but I am really sad. Plus, I hoped it would make me infertile and very soon I'm probably not (I love children, but it's a long story, and birth control is against my religion so this would be better in case I get married one day).

Do you know how I can have a feeling better about this? Thank you very much! I'm so sorry this is very whiny of me.

For a second i thought you were meant to speak "My period is BAD, do you have any advice."
Well, i know girls don't approaching periods - personally i love them because it means (well, a worthy indicator) that i'm not pregnant. I hate the pain but thanks to modern tablets i can feel better within half an hour of taking a pill.
I find it downcast and slightly irritating that religions don't allow contraception. We already have an overpopulated world. So many babies are born accidents. I wouldn't have a feeling bad. You are just so used to not having them. Theyre not fear-provoking and every girl goes through them. Good that you got over an eating disorder. Did you do it to not capture a period?
I don't know how to make you feel any better but, this is all part of a set of your life, having a period. One sunshine you may look at it differently but for now I assume your distressed about it.
