15 years ancient never started spell, brownish discharge?

my cousin is 15 and she hasn't started yet, but she has had resembling brown discharge that sometimes smells. she wonders why she hasn't started yet and why she has had the discharge for approaching over a year, her parents won't take her to the doc until her next appointment which is a month away. what is wrong with her? she get cramps all the time, like she can't even sleep at night short a pillow on her stomach, and sometimes she gets bloating. the discharge is irregular as sometimes it will come for anywhere between 2 days - 2 weeks, every 1 - 2 months and sometimes she can go about a month minus and others she has it like almost all month long. also only just out of curiosity what is the oldest know age for someone to start their period, i have heard it be like 20 something, is that true?

Kinda sounds like she started her period a long time ago. Brown discharge is period blood it is lately very light period blood and it does pinch about 1-2 years for her periods to become regular since her first period. But I would still dance and see a doctor.

she's almost there. it's majority for young women who haven't started their menstrual cycle to experience period like symptoms. I would still recommend seeing a doctor if her cramps are that serious. But the others symptoms be a sign of she's getting there.

The oldest age for getting your term is 16 years old, you cant get it any later. If you do not start, stir see a doctor< maybe hed shove a little bit of milk up there, it seriosly works. trust me this could be your later opption for your cousin, pillls are extremely expensive. I have no idea whats going on with her. but I do know that she wants to be seen by a doctor. this does not sound normal to me at adjectives by any means. do her parents know that they can get in trouble for not getting her treated and this have been going on for a year?
