no you cant flush pads away, they clog the toliets and imagine how embarrasing it would be if it was your wipe that did that, so dont try it just pop the pad in the bin.
no, it can block the drainage pipes, some girl on our street did it and the council have to clear the pipes on the street, i lol occasionally when i drive past their house
I wouldn't do it, it would get stuck and the toilet would overflow. I know in my house you can't even flush tampons because the line isn't glutinous enough so I don't do that either.

Since most conservatory toliets flush harder than house tiolets it would probably go down. Check to make sure first though if the toilet is low flow it won't go.
