What you say is correct. Many private hospitals and doctors are money minded. In fact some big corporate managed hospitals are greedy of money. I know a few big hospitals within Chennai and when they get any patient with any problem they basically say something and operate them. The bill will come for Rs.50000/= or so. Government has not control over this.
