  • Prolapse of the uterus??

I had a infant a month ago yesterday and my doctor said that my uterus is very low and that I may own a prolapse. I can see it when I take a mirror down within and I also can feel it when I saunter. What is going to happen? Is the one and only cure surgury? What is involved in it? Will I still know how to have children and sex?

Answers: There is a difference between may hold and a definite. If you can see your uterus, after you have it and it wants to be removed. If you had a tot a month ago, you are probably still feeling the effects of the therapeutic process, especially if it was a vaginal birth. Are you sure it's your uterus you are seeing and not freshly the inside of your vagina? If it is your uterus, you need to get hold of to the ER asap. If your uterus is removed due to prolapse, no you can't have kids anymore, but yes, you can still enjoy sex
Here's some good information I found on the web.

The pelvis contains many soft tissue structures important to normal body functions, supported primarily by the diaphragms, layer of muscles, fibrous coverings called fasciae, and a variety of ligaments and tendons. These soft tissues of the pelvis derive their ultimate support from the bony pelvis. Prolapse of the uterus may be one of three types, depending on severity:

First-degree prolapse occur when the uterus sags downward into the upper vagina.
Second-degree prolapse occurs when the cervix is at or close the outside of the vagina.
Third-degree prolapse (sometimes referred to as total prolapse) occurs when the entire uterus is outside the vagina.

    Causes

Prolapse may ensue when the pelvic support system, the muscles and ligaments that normally hold the uterus within place, become stretched or slack, most often due to a long or difficult childbirth or multiple childbirths. During pregnancy in attendance is a natural softening of pelvic tissues, and a sloppiness develops within the pelvic support system. The increasing shipment of the uterus continuously bears down upon the pelvic diaphragm and may predispose the tolerant to subsequent pelvic relaxation. Chronic increases in intra-abdominal pressure, such as may be associated next to obesity, abdominal or pelvic tumors, ascites, or repetitive downward thrusts of intra-abdominal pressure that may be due to coughing, constipation, or employment stresses, can cause funneling of a ineffectual pelvic diaphragm and pelvic organ prolapse. Pelvic relaxation is rarely a problem surrounded by young women. It is much more potential to become symptomatic and to progress during the post-reproductive years. This can be due to estrogen deprivation and to atrophy of the pelvic diaphragm and the pelvic support system. Hormone replacement therapy sometimes improve the integrity of the pelvic tissue and may slow the progression of pelvic organ prolapse.

    Symptoms

The major symptoms may be a emotion of heaviness, fullness or "falling out" within the vaginal area. The merciful may also complain of backache or inability to control urination. In some cases where the cervix and uterus are low contained by the vaginal canal, the cervix may be see protruding, giving the patient the dint that a tumor is bulging out of her vagina. It is not uncommon for the cervix or vaginal epithelium to become shabby or ulcerated, in which bag the patient may report dull pain or vaginal bleeding. There is often discharge from the cervix and vagina when minor infection occurs. Patients may also complain of difficulty walking comfortably.

    Diagnosis

The diagnosis of pelvic organ prolapse may be suggested by the patient's history, but must be documented by the physical nouns. A pelvic examination is perform to determine which organs are involved, the extent to which each descends, and the location of any pelvic support defect. This is usually done with and next without a full bladder. In directive to determine the true involvement of the pelvic organ prolapse, the examination may own to be performed several times and sometimes contained by different positions. Protrusions involving the front part of the vaginal wall affect the bladder and the bladder's continence apparatus. Those involving the back chunk of the vaginal wall affect the rectum and may cause problems next to bowel movements. If the prolapse is due to disease or swelling, the underlying cause or disorder must first be controlled or eliminate before the uterus can be returned to its innovative position and secured there.

    Treatment

Non-Surgical Treatment In mild cases, exercises to strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor may be willing. An obese patient may be incited to lose weight contained by order to decrease pressure on the pelvic organs. Patients should be encouraged not to wear constricting clothing (such as girdles), and they should avoid lifting lashing objects. A pessary (a plastic ring) may be placed within the vagina to support the pelvic organs for patients who may not be apt for or do not desire surgery. There are many different types and sizes of supportive pessaries available. Before these devices can be inserted, they require that the uterus and cervix be positioned within their usual position in the pelvis. Acute pelvic infections and fixed uterine retroversion are contraindications to the use of a vaginal pessary. All pessaries should be removed, cleaned, and reinserted at regular intervals. Unfortunately, they sometimes raison d`??tre pelvic discomfort, vaginal discharge, vaginal ulceration, and bleeding. Such complications may require at least pro tem discontinuance of use, as recommended by your physician. Surgical Treatment There are several different methods of surgical repair depending on the degree of prolapse, the condition of the pelvic support system, and which other structures are involved. In a post-menopausal woman, estrogen replacement for at lowest possible 30 days in the form of systemic estrogen or vaginal estrogen cream may help out improve the dash of the vaginal epithelium, the cervix, and the vasculature (blood supply) of these organs, making the operative procedure and the healing process more simplified. Ulcers should also be healed to avoid risk of infection and breakdown of the surgical repair. There are abundant options for surgical repair, including those that use the abdominal route, the vaginal route, or a combination of both.

    I hope that help

  • Are at hand any girls out at hand who hold trained themselves to orgasim vaginally?

If so, how did you do it?

Answers: i didn't have to train myself, it be just how i started. i find the the clitoris is not as pleasurable. and, i dont know HOW i did it. i only relaxed. it's really all just about the attitude. if you get yourself psyched up and lately get into it, it will develop. just dont doubt it. simply free yourself to the pleasure and let budge. it will happen.
Stop waiting to orgasm. Dont expect it to begin, dont care if it happen, just reverberatingly enjoy what is going on while you're human being stimulated (or find something you do enjoy if you involve another angle). The more you relax and stop waiting and wishing, the easier it is to orgasm vaginally.

Also dont expect to orgasm this agency if you arent used to the sensation of penetration (ie if youre still spanking new to sex) Try practicing with a toy on your own to numeral out if there are clear in your mind speeds, angles or pressure that really works your button. Then you can ask for these things from a partner later on and ENJOY.

The tricks for vaginal orgasms is to relax, relax, and have a great time!

  • Organic disposable tampons or pad?

Do they exist? I'm thinking of switching to more environmentally friendly feminine products--if they exist.

Answers: Yes, there are frequent options! I hold used these:

    and these:
    http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.a...
I found them both comparable to other feminine products. I also use these, which are good for the environment because they can be re-used:
    http://www.drugstore.com/products/prod.a...
And here is a huge variety of environmentally friendly feminine products:
    http://www.drugstore.com/templates/stdpl...
It's wonderful that you are looking into this pick. Not only do they get a difference when it comes to the environment, but they are also much healthier.
Have you ever hear of menstrual cups? A menstrual cup is a bell-shaped cup that is inserted into the vagina to lock in the menstrual fluid instead of absorbing it. It is very comfortable, too. When it is inserted correctly, you can't even touch it's there! They are cheaper, better for our environment, well again, and more reliable than tampons and pads. Menstrual cups hold no risk of TSS, no chemicals, and they have a suction protection stamp to avoid leaks. Also, since you said you looked-for disposable protection I recommend you try Natracare tampons. They are organic tampons made out of 100% cotton. Regular market tampons (like playtex, kotex, tampax, OB, etc.) have chemicals surrounded by their tampons such as dioxin, rayon, and bleach. Natracare is made out of completely cotton so it has no risk of TSS. As for environmentally friendly pad, you should try Lunapads. I've never tried them myself, but from what I've heard they're made of cloth and you use them, rinse them in the washer, and consequently re-use them. Best of luck!

It also could perceive like it is hitting my vanished ovary as well. It is not really stinging just self-conscious and I dont really experience pain afterwards. I own felt somethin similar to this formerly when he would go really gaping, but it seems to very soon happen even when im on top and hes not even adjectives the way surrounded by. I'm going to the gynecologist this week but to ease my mind am trying to find out what it could be? I dont focus its a cyst because I had an ultrasound final week and they didnt find anything. It also doesnt hurt when he is on top for some reason. I do hold a tilted uterus but this has never cause me problems before especially not surrounded by there positions.

In some positions the penis go deeper and that can be too far for some, depends on the woman's body. Try positions where it does not jump too deep, you can look them up online.

i am trying to lose weight but i finish up gaining muscles through exercising but i did not lose mass

Answers: That's because muscle weighs more than fleshy. The same thing happen to me.
gaining muscle and loosing weightiness have little to nought to do with respectively other.
the only item that muscle has to do next to loosing weight is that muscle is a great and hastily fat-burner. so eventually muscle can make you loose shipment (not a substantial amount though).

if you want to loose weight try cardiovascular workouts, such as swimming and running.

also muscle weigh alot more than lipids (fat) do.

  • Birth control=bigger breasts?

im small in the boob dept. and Im low on estrogen as ably (lucky me huh?). Ive been thinking roughly birth control to help control my cramping and mood swings but Ive hear that birth control increases breast size. If I take a birth control near estrogen, will my chest grow since my development is stunted from the low level naturally? I be thinking about any Estrostep, Ortho tri cyclen or Yasmin..any one have any input on any one of these or another brand because I could really use some help! Thanks!

Answers: i've hear that birth control does make your breast bigger... and yes, you will/can gain rather weight.
    =)
I own been on the pill for 14 years and I can honestly explain to you --

It does NOT make your boobs bigger.
It does NOT assist with cramps. You enjoy to take period/PMS meds for them.
It can bring in your mood swings worse if you have hormonal problems/PCOS very soon.

Just wait for your boobs to grow inherently. They will get to their ordinary size at 25.

Don't take the pill a short time ago to make your boobs grow. You will lapse up with problems then with your hormones.
Birth control have never made my boobs grow..if they did I'd still be on it and there'd be a lot of big breasted women!

But one of the side effects is shipment gain.
