When i have my period i use a tapon and i change them every hour and ahalf and they still leak?

ok so yeah when i own my extent i use a tapon and psyche even use sooper but it still leak

its similar to i other enjoy hevy period ...my mom think i own two thingys u no those things that store the blood and that holds babys....i dont have an idea that its run of the mill for that to occur and i use a wad too sometimes

tapons dont work for me because iam ALWAYS moving or swimming and wheni sleep and ego even use a wad but it still doesnt work

should i move about to the doctor or use BIGGER tapons and padS?
