like what should i have to eat i want to eat a healthy diet .
and i want to do a organising program and all.

I think you know already what you should or should not eat but let´s go over it again.No added sugar, no added salt.Forget the sodas, even with artificial sweeteners. Cut down on carbs such as potato´s and any bread that contains anything but whole grains. Go for meat from cattle that has been grass fed and limit consumption of pork products.There is more to this of course but I suggest you buy a cheap paperback from Walmarts called The Maker´s Diet. Of course, no fatty snacks. None of this is really difficult once you grasp the basics. Also don´t eat processed foods which contain partially hydrogenated oils or chemicals.
You also need to exercise of course and I would suggest that you buy the paperback edition of "Hold It! You´re exercising wrong" by Edward J. Jackowski. In it he discusses exercises for body type.
What this comes down to is that you have to do some research and see what´s good for your own body. Good luck.
I'm not perfect but if you buy a basic organizer or calendar, write in what you plan to do every day and do it.
Just commit yourself to eating at least one healthy thing in every meal. Like I always make myself eat at least one piece of fruit or vegetable with every meal. And I drink at least 40 ounces of water a day.
I think walking at least 2-3 miles a day is a good habit to get into if you aren't already walking that much. Those are some easy suggestions but it is all dependent upon what you already do and how organized you want to become and how much healthier you want to be.
