Can taking prenatal vitamins mess up your cycle?

Okay i'm not pregnant but I a short time ago started taking prenatal vitamins could this be the purpose my interval is unnatural this time around ? I'm not bleeding much and I enjoy no clotts. Plus i'm have strange cramps that arent majority for me ? My cycles are regular.

I have surgery a year ago and the incision is on my commander. They have to shave part of a set of my cranium so I started taking PreNatal vitamins to backing speed up quill growth. I like the skin, pelt, and pin benefits so I still pocket them.

My cycle is typical and have not be artificial. I own never hear of Prenatal vitamins affecting menstruation and I don't see why they would-they're merely vitamins.

My suggestion would be to see your gyno b/c it may be something else.

Quit takin the prenatal vitamins until you to your doctor to find out why you have those pains.

nah, they wont mess up your cycle, besides drs recommend that women cart folic sharp for at smallest 3 month pre pregnancy and at smallest 3 months into a pregnancy...
