The First day I get my period for the month i get very Sick What could be wrong?

Ok when i draw from my extent I gain really sick the first light of day I havr it to where on earth I am throwing up and massively dizzy and my cramps are horriable. meds havent worked approaching midol. and stuff. What should I do?

Is birth control patch really that much worse?

I would suggest birth control. Perhaps Seasonique (it will diminish your period to 4 every year) it sounds similar to PMDD
