Periods after miscarriage?

I suffered a miscarriage end month. I be 6 weeks preganant. I did not involve D&C. As per my blood exam result my HCG plane be 2.5 on the 18th of June. My doctor told me that my period shud return in 4-6 weeks. It is over 6 weeks since June 18th and I enjoy not but get my period and they enjoy other be greatly regular. I notice a small brownish spot on my underwear daytime in the past yesterday and today after walking, nothin excluding that. I want to hear others who enjoy have similar experiences and I want to know whether I shud linger for some more time or bear HPT.

the brown stuff is infirm blood so possibly your time of year is on its course if it doesn't return soon see the doctor
