Menopause (Help)?
8 months ago I go throgh menopause, Now is this everyday to get hold of your interval again? I've have cramps the later two days and spotting is this regular?

As far as I know, to be properly finish near your length, you own to walk for a total year minus one. In your crust, you go for 8 months and immediately own your interval again, you own to start counting from square one again (Back to 1 after this period). You are not properly finish until you've completed one year and afterwards confirm beside your Gynecologist.
