Urinary Tract Infection Repeatedly?

I've already have similar to 8 UTI's this year alone. I travel see my dr and she simply writes me a prescription for an antibiotic and it go away.. after a few weeks subsequent I go and get another one.. What could be cause them? I'm tired of taking antibiotics. What else can be done almost preventing them?

I've have problems next to UTI from the time i be for a while girl. Here are some things that help me:

Wear cotton underwear
Drink plenty, plenty of marine every day
Keep cranberry liquid contained by your diet
Don't hold your urine, jump when you consistency it
Don't wear thongs! Honestly. No underwear is better than thongs when it comes to this. That be a strong one for me but it made a crucial difference.
If you're sexually helpful ALWAYS urinate after sex. Don't own to progress? Just sit in that beside the dampen running until you do.
Limit your caffeine intake. It seem to brand it worse.

My 7 yr outdated SD get them recurrently and every time her mother rushes her to the Dr for antibiotics. I am adjectives for medical thinking but if you are other on antibiotics you will soon grow resistant to them. I notice next to my SD that she holds her urine until she is more or less to pee on herself (i bring onto her almost in that because when she does that she DOES pee on herself). She does not drink plenty of fluids she in fact be merely drinking 3 eyeglasses 6 ounces respectively a morning! I also put cranberry liquid within her diet. White cranberry she didn't close to the red. She be also not wash properly within her private areas which resulted surrounded by yeast infections.

Since she moved in beside us and she immediately follows the rules I programmed above she have not have one. She go to pop in her mom for 4 weeks and have a reassurance. Makes you wonder doesn't it. If adjectives else fail you should see a urologist for further conducting tests.
