To be fit . . . ?


if you enjoy taken tae bo for 30 min. 4 days for something like 4 months presently. and you are right at the exercise. Can you still be fit if you hold on to freshly that one exercise up or do you hold to increase it spick and span to hang on to fit?

-And if i hold to increase it; do you tight by tallying another morning or by minutes?
-I don't own that much time to spend on exercise- is here any plan that i can verbs beside the 30 min. if the days aren't an issue?

You would want to increase the time a bit more or incorporate another exercise to give support to save from getting in to a plateau.
