How do i lose weight?

i'm around 110 5'6', i want to lose 10-5 lbs. don't bring up to date me that would manufacture me too skinny! what kind of foods should i munch through? and how much and what kind of excersizes should i do?

Don't verbs, i wont describe you that its too skinny, i know how you touch nearby. But what i did, (i'm 5' and be 120, very soon i'm 105), I go on a fruit diet. Lost 10 pounds contained by 2 weeks. Drop the soda, the bread the pasta, anything white, and put away profoundly of fiber, or bear fiber pills. You can do give or take a few 50 situps a hours of darkness, or work out to a work out video. Drink plentifully of marine. A lot of vegetables.
