Can painful breasts, especially nipples, be from something other than pregnancy?
They are aching when touched, even the slightest touch, but I know I'm not pregnant. What else could this anticipate?

yea, mine hurt simply due to pms, of possibly if its not time for that, hormone level dance up when your ovulating, so perchance thats why...track to manyy other cause for it!
