Is it okay to wear my bra all the time, when when I go to bed?

For a long time in a minute I enjoy be contained by the infatuation of wearing my bra when I step to sleep. The merely time I'll thieve my bra past its sell-by date is for a shower or when I want to wear another bra. Is it okay to wear a bra 24/7? Or would doing this incentive my breasts to wilt? I hear this previously. Although I thought not wearing a bra would wreak my breasts to flop. Also, would wearing my bra in my sleep wreck the bra itself? i notice that my bras receive worn out express and I am wondering if my sleeping in them have ruined the substance or elasticity.
