I hold be have this cramp since 12 this afternoon. It seem to hurt more when sitting down. When I stand and try to stride it hurts approaching hell. It stops a touch when I sit down, but getting vertebrae up it is really painfull. If in attendance is a nurse or doctor online, please offer counsel.
