well, i am 16, but very flat, so i've be wearing training bra since 13. now, it can still fit comfortably, but you can sometimes see the shape of the nipples from outside the bra(don't scrounging to be graphic). its not very plain, just a small 'bump'... someitmes noticeable when i wear thin or tight clothes. should i switch to a paded bra or something? i tried an mature bra, i'm 32A, so is there even a requirement for it?
