i know how complex it is, but tell her and relate her a true friend who adivce u, and hounest to you, and you are telling her for her to get hold of treated... tell her that these things are diseases basically like any other disease, flue, cancer doesn`t matter what.. so tell her to find treated.. comming from you wudnt hurt like comming from a stranger, but enunciate it in a causative way, similar to i noticed this smell, perchance u shud check im worried about u, cuz i notice u r clean and everything, but i hear about this disease, fish smell or rutten smell and can be treated.biddable luck
