How abundant calories should i be getting?
I'm 5"6 and 115 pounds. I get about 1000 calories a daylight, sometimes less, is that satisfactory? I'm not REALLY active lately some
Also should i be worried that i usually don't feel hungry (i don't know why, even if i haven't eat most of the day i don't surface hungry at all and sometimes forget to drink because of that) and my friend tells me i don't guzzle enough but i don't know.
I'm not worried more or less being fat--i'm not so i don't imagine i have anorexia.

1200 -1400 a day u are skinny mode too skinny. b careful bc u could capture into an eatin disorder really fast. ur already worrying bout ur shipment ..signs of one possibly developing. i should know
I would try to put away more than 1000 calories. the average diet is 2000 depending on ow active you are. 115 is rather low for 5'6. try eating more during the time.
just don't chomp through any, natural food is fine, but stay away from bag, or prosesed food

1000 cal/day is pretty low.shoot for around 2000.
the fact that you don't be aware of hungry is a point of concern though. you might want to see your doctor, ask him to check your thyroid. if there is an lack of correspondence, that could be the reason for your scarcity of hunger
