Help me!! Why am I sooo tired?

I have be SUPER tired, and groggy for the past three or four days.
I hold to force myself out of bed, and all sunshine long I feel week. I dont even own the energy to be in motion and work out!

Well, you could certainly have mononucleosis. This is simply a virus that can be diagnosed with a Monospot theory test done by your doctor. I've had this twice and it is not fun at adjectives...One of the main symptoms is man tired though..go procure it checked out
