I agree with Angelam to some extent.Even though I'm not a woman, I can share that one of my womanly clients tried this on my recommendation:
Magnesium Citrate -- it's around $5
Of the big 3: Calcium. Magnesium, and Potassium, Magnesium is regularly neglected.
It's easy adequate to get calcium from dairy, and potassium from fresh veggies and fruits. Magnesium is sometimes wanting in foods if the soils surrounded by the region the foods came from is inadequate in minerals.
So, for 5 bucks, relish the results, and the added benefit of deeper sleep. If you get too much of it, your stool will carry too soft, so watch for that. The recommended amount will be on the bottle.
