It depends on where you live and what doctor you be in motion to. He or she will probably check your heart, lungs, tummy, they may have you check your eyesight, sometimes you own to do some stretches and excersises to see how your muscle strength is. They will ask you some questions roughly your health and if you own any weird symptoms. It's pretty uncomplicated... don't worry you won't hold to be undressed and the nurse will probably be in the room the unharmed time. It's pretty standard... if you're nervous they will consent to your mom come in too.

The doctors who do the physical are very respectful.They know how mortifying the exam is for young ladies.
I would suggest that you find a woman doctor or a lady physician's assistant or a woman nurse practitioner.
The PA and the NP are qualified to do sports physicals.
You can then register for 3k run, long dive, and even sign up for the other physical spots like softball. Its all well-mannered for your cardio and physicla attributes elsewhere.

I own done had mine and it is a breeze. You can expect them to check you heighth, your solidity, your eye sight, your flexibility, you blood pressure, and a moment or two bit more, but I can't think of what they are right rotten the top of my head.GOOD LUCK!!
