How do i lose more weight i be 200lb and now i'm 185 but i can't appear to loose anymore. why?
i exercise 1hr a day 5times a week i drink lots of hose down 10 8oz or more. but for the last month i've mass the same 185lb and i can't seem to be to loose more pounds. my ideal shipment is 140lb. what i'm i doing wrong
