7 pill free days?
My leaflet for Microgynon say you can shorten this to shift the day of your spell. Has anyone shortened it to 5 days?

there are times i skip mine. do not rob the "inactive" pills and start a new pack. i own never done any other way. most will relay you to skip all or none.
Does intake yogurt help or contribute to yeast infections?
You can miss some of the pill free days to see you to start your next time of year on a different day. For example you might prefer to start on a Monday so that your weekend is free. You will simply need to do this once though, not every month. I have an idea that this is what the instructions refer to.Remember not to increase the 7 pill free days though, otherwise you will not be protected from pregnancy.
Feminine question. Side effect or issue of concern?
I pilfer 3 packs on the trot and own 5 pill free days then start another series.
