I have something like that and i go to the doctor an he said that it was Folliculitis (Infected Hair Follicles) not sure if this is what you own but my doctor told me to apply a hot rag an it will eventually bust or drain also Folliculitis does not roughly leave scar, but the bump may be present in some form for an extended time of year of time. Usually the skin is completely normal after a month or so. i have mine for months before i get it to go away. At the top of the bump, near is usually a tiny blister filled near pus. These lesions come to pass in crops surrounded by the armpit, at the beard, on the neck or contained by the groin. They can sometimes be quite itchy an they recurrently recur mine cme back a couple times. I would def shift see the gyn.
