NuvaRing compared to the pill?
I'm on the pill (estrogen and progesterone) and it makes me sick to my stomach on abiding days of the month, makes me retain sea, and makes it impossible for me to lose bulk (except during the week of sugar pills, then as soon as I hold the active pills, I gain the solidity again). I'm wondering if NuvaRing would be a better choice for me. It has a lower does of hormones, so does that miserable it would make me smaller quantity likely to retain river and gain weight? Anyone own experience with this or warning regarding these methods?
Answers:
Any hormonal change can potentially make you gain counterweight b/c it messes with your appetite. I've be on the pill for a number of years and I've also used NuvaRing.
I prefer the pill, but I didn't own any problems with NuvaRing.
The knob to not gaining mass when you change methods is to preserve a food diary until your body has in synch to the change. Keeping the diary will lend a hand you document the times of the month when your appetite starts to get unchecked due to hormonal fluctuations. Knowing when your appetite will increase can help you drink in a more able-bodied way during those times and will facilitate you maintain the immensity you are interested in maintaining.
P.S. Water consignment is a temporary article. Continue to drink plenty of water during this time (or your body will retain even MORE hose down to compensate) and realize that it's just your body's process of preparing itself to protect you and a potential baby EVERY month.
Late spell, or skipped? Any other reasons why?
i've never used any google itCan you "come" without orgasming?
I own never taken the pill but I did use the NuvaRing for almost a year. It did not make me gain shipment if that is what you are asking. I did not resembling it though and that is why I quit using it. It is effortless and convienant but it was sometimes discomfited and caused irritation. Good luck near what you choose. I've heard horror stories going on for the shot though.I know this is a private question but.?
i used the pill, next the ortho evra patch, and have be using the ring for a few years. ive had the smallest problems with the ring. i be ALWAYS nauseas with pills, especially if i missed one and have to double up the next hours of daylight, forget it! the patch was a bit better but i have a few instances of bad breakthrough bleeding. also, its connected to pulmonary embolism and low veing thrombosis. i havent experienced weight gain or anything near the ring, and it seems to be controlling my crazy period better than anything else. a big plus is that im not nauseas and im notexperiencg chest pain as much anymore.I've used both but don't hold the same symptoms near the pill that you do. The ring, however, was VERY irritating for me. I lone used it for 2 months and had to pocket it out... i couldn't take it anymore. Also, my fiance' could get the impression it while we were "bonding." It didn't bother him but he could still discern it.
