this might sound stupid but i maintain hearing that if you capture stung by a jelly fish you should have someone pee on it.. i don't plan on getting stung by one any time soon but i still want to know if thats true, and if it is how does peeing on it give a hand?

My first answer was going to be yes. After researching it however it seem that the medical advice is that it doesn't do any moral and some medical advice say that urine can even release more venom.
That anyone said, people who hold actually be stung say that it does work. My well-read guess would be that it depends on how much acid a personage's urine contains. The best remedy seems to be vinegar--this be the consensus from most sites. Wow, I learned something today, lol.

Yes...I have heard it past AND it was only just on Oprah.Vinegar was the #1 remedy, but peeing be also a remedy (not as good as vinegar). Somehow it react with the sting toxin and neutralizes it.

No-its not the individual way. That is what you do if that be your last possibility and you be stranded. You would go to a doctor-unless you be unlable to reach one. The pee is similar to a reliver to it, it doesn't cure it.I hope this helped :)
